摘 要

随着经济全球化与自由贸易的发展，自贸区贸易逐步成为世界上大多数国家和地区进行国际贸易的选择。中国为进一步扩大对外开放，于2013年9月29日成立我国第一个自贸试验区——中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（以下简称“上海自贸区”）。上海自贸区发展的主要内容是金融创新，其中包括金融制度的创新。本文以此为背景，在简要介绍了上海自贸区以及金融创新的概念后，重点分析了上海自贸区金融制度创新的主要内容、面临风险、发展建议等内容。作为我国首个自贸区，研究并解决上海自贸区金融制度创新问题不仅有利于推进上海自贸区金融改革，而且也能为我国其他自贸区的发展提供宝贵的经验借鉴。

Study on financial system innovation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone

Abstract

Along with the development of Globalization of Economy and free trade,by degrees free trade zone trade has turned into the selection of international trade for the majority of countries and areas on earth. For the sake of making further efforts to open wider to the outside world, China set up the first pilot free trade zone of China——China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Free Trade Zone") on September 29,2013.The primary coverage of the development of Shanghai free trade zone is financial innovation, including the financial system innovation.Against this background,this paper concisely introduces the idea of Shanghai free trade zone and financial innovation,and then lays special stress on analysing the central contents,dangers and development proposals of the financial system innovation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. As the first free trade zone in China, studying and solving the problem of the financial system innovation of Shanghai free trade zone can not only help push on the financial reform of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, but also supply precious experience for the development of other China free trade zones.
