掺杂复合结合剪切剥离Bi2O2Se的热电性能毕业论文

摘 要
热电材料的工作机制是利用内部载体的运动来实现热能和电能的转换。简而言之,热电发电和恒温,制冷控制和温度测量是热电材料将热能和电能转换的性能。Bi2O2Se具有通过层叠Bi2O2层和Se层而形成的独特的层结构。Bi2O2Se是一种高速,低能耗的电子产品,具有良好的空气稳定性。在本设计中,制备了掺杂的复合材料键合剪切剥离Bi2O2Se,并分析了其对热电性能的影响。
本次实验主要分为掺杂和复合,即将Sb,Sn掺杂进Bi2O2Se中Bi位中,对制得样品进行电运输性能测试和热导率测试,并且与本征Bi2O2Se样品进行比较,结果预测得出掺杂后制成样品较本征Bi2O2Se样品电运输性能得到了提升。
将掺杂后样品与Cu2Se,SnSe进行复合,再次对制得样品进行电运输性能测试和热导率测试,与本征Bi2O2Se和掺杂后产物Bi2-xSnxO2Se,Bi2-xSbxO2Se进行比较,结果预测得出结果并进行了原因分析。

The doped composite shear stripping Bi2O2Se was prepared and its thermoelectric properties were analyzed
Abstract
The working mechanism of thermoelectric materials is to realize the conversion of heat and electric energy by using the motion of internal carrier. In short, thermoelectric power generation and constant temperature, refrigeration control and temperature measurement are the properties of thermoelectric materials to convert heat and electricity.Bi2O2Se has a unique layer structure formed by overlapping Bi2O2 and Se layers. The Bi2O2Se is a high speed, low energy consumption electronic product with good air stability. In this design, the doped composite bonded shear peel Bi2O2Se was prepared and its effect on thermoelectric properties was analyzed.
This experiment is mainly divided into doping and compound, which doping Sb and Sn into Bi bit of Bi2O2Se, conducting electrical transport performance test and thermal conductivity test on the prepared sample, and comparing with the intrinsic Bi2O2Se sample, the result predicts that the electrical transport performance of the prepared sample after doping is improved compared with the intrinsic Bi2O2Se sample.
The doped samples were compounded with Cu2Se and SnSe, and the electrical transport performance and thermal conductivity of the prepared samples were tested again. The results were compared with the intrinsic Bi2O2Se and the doped products Bi2-XSnXO2Se and Bi2-XSbXO2Se. The results were predicted and the causes were analyzed.
