高比例可再生能源渗透下含分布式储能的配电网多目标优化调度研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着不可再生能源化石燃料消耗量的增多,能源缺口逐渐增大,随之而来的环境问题也迫在眉睫。为了应对不断上升的电力需求,清洁能源因此走入了人们的视线。清洁能源如光能、太阳能等,具备对环境友好、可重复再生的特点,顺应了世界可持续性发展的潮流。但是伴随着间歇性可再生能源(Renewable Energy Source,RES)参与度的提高,不确定性因素随之而来给配电网(Distribution Network,DS)调度带来了重重困难。如何解决DS对RES的消纳能力是当代电网升级换代的重要方式。

基于上述背景,本文以首先介绍了研究的背景和意义、DS优化调度现状、储能应用技术研究和RES发展现状。

其次在考虑RES出力的不确定性、分布式储能的能量时移特性和柔性负荷的需求响应特性,建立风电、光伏(PV)出力模型,储能充放电模型和需求响应模型。基于高比例RES渗透的DS,以运行经济性最优为目标,提出了含分布式储能的DS单目标优化调度模型,对模型进行了算例分析获得的不同储能容量下的成本,得到了储能容量越大成本越低。

最后以RES消纳率最高、DS运行成本最低、污染物排放最低为目标,建立高比例RES渗透下含分布式储能的DS多目标优化调度模型,对模型进行了算例分析。结果表明消纳越大,成本和污染物排放越低。

Multi-objective optimal dispatching method for distribution network with distributed energy storage under the infiltration of high proportion of renewable energy

Abstract

With the increasing exhaustion of non-renewable energy, the energy demand is gradually boosting and the environmental problems are also avoided.Distributed energy is currently the hotspot for renewable energy,but the control method is cumbersome.It is environmentally friendly and reproducible for clean energy sources such as light and solar energy and clean energy sources are in line with the trend of sustainable development in the world.However,with the improvement of renewable energy source,uncertain factors bring plenty of difficulties to distribution network dispatching.How to solve the RES absorption capacity of the distribution network is an important way to upgrade the contemporary power grid.

Based on the above backdrop, this paper introduces the backdrop and importance of the research firstly, the current condition of best dispatching of distribution network, the study of energy storage technology and the development condition of RES.

Secondly, considering the uncertainty of RES output, the energy time-shift characteristics of distributed energy storage and the demand response characteristics of flexible load, the wind power and pv model, energy storage model and demand response model are established. Based on the distribution network permeated by a high proportion of RES, an optimal dispatching model of distribution network considering distributed energy storage is established with the goal of optimal operation economy. An example is given to analyze the cost under different energy storage capacity, and it is found that the larger the energy storage capacity is, the lower the cost is.

Finally, with the goal of the highest RES consumption rate, the lowest operating cost and the lowest pollutant emission, a multi-objective optimal scheduling model of DS with distributed energy storage under high proportion of RES infiltration is established, and an example of the model is analyzed. The results show that the absorptive is larger, the operating cost and pollution are lower.
