摘 要
目前,对于钢水的温度测量而言,传统的接触式测温方法具有很大的局限性,一方面,接触式测温仪只能进行单点的温度测量,无法呈现钢水表面的实时温度场;另一方面,冶炼现场恶劣的环境对测量仪器会造成损耗,同时,也会降低测量结果的精度。针对这一局限性,本次毕业设计结合热辐射基本理论和比色测温法,利用基于CCD图像传感的非接触测温技术,给出温度测量的具体解决方案。
方案主要分为两个部分,第一部分是基于CCD图像传感的温度测量系统硬件设计与研究,主要内容包括确定了主要芯片的型号,根据元器件的特性对各个模块进行具体电路的设计,并给出系统标定方案及标定数据;第二部分是基于CCD图像传感的温度测量系统软件设计与研究,主要内容包括根据芯片的时序图编写驱动程序,将采集得到的钢水图像进行图像滤波和图像分割处理,并设计温度计算程序。利用如上的设计,实现图像采集、图像预处理、目标识别、温度计算等功能。

Design and Research of Temperature Measurement System Based on CCD Image Sensor
Abstract
At present, for the temperature measurement of steel water, the traditional contact temperature measurement method has great limitation, on the one hand, the contact thermometer can only make a single point of temperature measurement, can not present the real-time temperature field of the steel water surface; on the other hand, the harsh environment at the smelting site will cause loss to the measurement instrument, and at the same time, it will reduce the accuracy of the measurement results. In view of the limitation, the graduation design combines the basic theory of thermal radiation with the colorimetric thermometry, and uses the non-contact temperature measurement technology based on CCD image sensing to give a specific solution for temperature measurement.
The scheme is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is temperature measurement system hardware design and research based on CCD image sensing, the main contents include determining the type of the main chip, designing the specific circuit of each module according to the characteristics of the components, and giving the system calibration scheme and calibration data; the second part is temperature measurement system software design and research based on CCD image sensing, the main contents include writing the driver program according to the time sequence diagram of the chip, image filtering and image segmentation of the collected molten steel image, and designing the temperature calculation program. Using the above design, the image acquisition image preprocessing target recognition temperature calculation and other functions are realized.
