摘 要

金融科技作为前沿的技术手段，在证券业已经开始应用，其应用也被期待能够助推证券业的高质量发展。分析金融科技推动证券业发展的机制和应用金融科技存在的风险与挑战，对于能否高效利用金融科技有着关键作用。

本文从金融科技与证券业源头讲起，具体分析目前金融科技在证券业务中的实际应用与未来应用可能，分别分析了证券经纪、投资咨询、资产管理、承销保荐等业务。后从证券业效益与融资两个层面总结金融科技推动证券业发展的机制，再分析金融科技应用的风险与挑战。在风险上，总结了金融科技存在的技术、道德等风险。指出金融科技创新的立足点、工具的选择，对于金融科技能否成功应用于证券业有着决定性作用，而其与制度、监管之间关系的平衡也极大程度上影响着金融科技创新的发展。

Research on the Application of Fintech in Securities Industry

ABSTRACT

As a cutting-edge technology, Fintech has been applied in the securities industry, and its application is expected to promote the high-quality development of the securities industry. Analyzing the mechanism of financial technology promoting the development of the securities industry, as well as the risks and challenges in the application of financial technology, plays a key role in the efficient use of financial technology.

Starting from Fintech and the source of securities industry, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the actual and future application of Fintech in securities business, respectively analyzing securities brokerage, investment consulting, asset management, underwriting and sponsorship business. Then, it summarizes the mechanism of financial technology promoting the development of the securities industry from the perspectives of benefits and financing of the securities industry, and then analyzes the risks and challenges of the application of financial technology. In terms of risks, it summarizes the technical and moral risks of Fintech. It is pointed out that the selection of the foothold and tools of Fintech innovation plays a decisive role in the successful application of Fintech in the securities industry, and the balance between Fintech innovation and the system and regulation also influences the development of Fintech innovation to a great extent.

第一章 引言

1.1研究背景

进入二十一世纪，新技术以远超之前的速度与规模出现，不同新技术与不同行业的融合更是显著提高了各行业的经营效率，让各行业提升到一个新的高度。以电子计算机为基础的信息技术更是大放异彩，对于许多行业的商业模式甚至有颠覆性的影响。对于大众来说，生活方式也因此与过去产生了很大的差异，并由此获取了便利与质量的提升。可以说，科技在当今以极快的速度影响着整个世界的发展。这对于证券业来说，当然也不例外，证券业也没有办法摆脱科技对其的影响，早在金融科技的概念被提出之前，金融科技就已经在证券业开始应用。证券业作为一个需要处理大量数据的行业，较早地开启了自身的信息化进程，通过行业内的金融科技自主研发或购买金融科技公司的服务，目前已经实现了金融科技在证券业较多的实际应用。金融科技应用成为证券业向信息、智能、未来发展的一把利刃，但由于金融科技的概念比较新颖，对其展开的相关研究还是偏少、不够全面与深入，金融科技在证券业的应用亦不够充分。

本文主要通过分析证券业的现状、金融科技在证券业的具体应用，研究金融科技助推证券业发展、金融科技应用存在的风险挑战等有关问题，并为金融科技在证券业的更好应用提出建议。这有助于当代证券业理清思路，把握好时代发展的风向，从而推动证券业在新时期的加速转型，实现证券业的高质量发展。
