摘 要

在这个资源渐竭、生态与环境日益严峻的社会，可持续发展已经成为各国宏观经济的发展目标。然而，我国企业对于可持续发展报告的披露的经验却不足，因此，在这个严峻的时期和形式下，对于企业披露可持续发展报告的研究十分必要。本文旨在通过对英国石油公司2018年可持续发展报告进行深入解读，分析英国石油公司可持续发展绩效指标并总结出英国石油公司可持续发展的可借鉴之处。本文拟采用文献研究法、内容分析法与对比分析法，从经济、社会、环境三个方面作为切入点，分析英国石油公司2018年可持续发展报告披露形式、内容、质量及各指标产生的后果影响。结果表明：企业要想实现可持续发展，必须在经济、社会、环境三个方面表现出强有力的竞争力，才能全面提升经济效益、贡献社会力量、保护生态环境，而英国石油公司2018年可持续发展报告完整、系统、全面地表现出英国石油公司在这三方面的竞争力。而我们可以从英国石油公司2018年可持续发展报告中借鉴报告理念、形式、内容、实践，加以吸收，发布我国企业的可持续发展报告。

Analysis and Reference of BP's Sustainable Development Performance Index

Abstract

In this society where resources are gradually exhausted and ecology and environment are increasingly severe, sustainable development has become the macroeconomic development goal of all countries. However, China's companies have insufficient experience in the disclosure of sustainability reports. Therefore, in this severe period and form, it is necessary for companies to disclose sustainability reports. This article aims to make an in-depth interpretation of BP's 2018 Sustainability Report, analyze BP's sustainability performance indicators and summarize BP's sustainable development lessons. This article intends to use the literature research method, content analysis method and comparative analysis method, from the economic, social and environmental aspects as the entry point, to analyze the BP 2018 sustainable development report disclosure form, content, quality and the consequences of various indicators influences. The results show that if companies want to achieve sustainable development, they must show strong competitiveness in the economic, social and environmental aspects, in order to comprehensively improve economic benefits, contribute to social forces, and protect the ecological environment. The Sustainability Report fully, systematically and comprehensively demonstrates BP’s competitiveness in these three areas. and we can learn from the BP’s 2018 Sustainability Report by drawing on the report’s philosophy, form, content, and practice to absorb and release Report on the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.

随着我国经济蓬勃发展，对能源资源的需求日益增加。加之我国人口基数大，人均资源相对不足，生态环境基础薄弱。我国企业也难走出经济效益低、资源短缺的局面。因此，我国必须实施可持续发展战略。

我国在改革开放初期便提出了可持续发展战略。在之后又陆续提出科学发展，统筹兼顾，全面协调可持续性与绿色发展。发展是整个新时期的主题，如何做到国家进步，经济发展，环境保护，资源节约的新社会，就要做到可持续，只有可持续发展才能解决这些问题。我们的企业也要立足国情，借鉴国外发展经验，谋求可持续发展。
