摘 要
二十一世纪以来,随着我国目前的社会经济发展保持较高的增长速度,道路交通在支撑和引导经济社会发展方面的作用正变得越来越明显。中国如今的道路交通的规模以及机动化程度的迅猛发展带来了越来越严峻的交通安全问题的隐患, 面对当前道路交通安全发展的新形势和新要求, 探索更先进的关于道路安全管理方面的理论并且能够建立关于科学的道路安全方面的管理体系十分重要。但是随着现今的科学技术发展的越来越先进,在交通安全上面运用先进的科学技术来提高安全预警的能力也是大势所趋。
本课题旨在设计出一种交通安全预警装置,首先通过定位功能测出车辆与行人的经纬度来确定他们的位置,然后通过控制室特定的算法确定可能会与行人发生事故的车辆,对于相撞可能性较大的行驶车辆通过北斗定位对其单独检测。当车辆与行人距离低于设定的距离时,预警装置会发出报警声音。为行人和驾驶员提供警示,或者车辆的位置在行人的视野之外并且车速很快时,预警装置也会发出预警来警示行人注意安全。充分利用此类安全预警的装置,能够有效的遏制各类交通事故的发生。交通安全预警装置的功能有信息采集、安全预警。此次设计主要采用的主控芯片为AT89C52,显示模块采用LCD1602,北斗定位芯片。

Design and Implementation of Traffic Safety Early Warning Device Based on Single Chip Computer
Abstract
Since the 21st century. As China's current social and economic development maintains a relatively high growth rate, the role of road traffic in supporting and guiding economic and social development is becoming more and more obvious. The rapid development of the scale and motorization of China's road traffic has brought hidden dangers to increasingly serious traffic safety issues. Faced with the current new situation and requirements of road traffic safety development, we are exploring more advanced theories of traffic safety management It is particularly important to establish a scientific traffic safety management system. However, It is very important to explore more advanced road safety management theories and establish a scientific road safety management system., it is also a general trend to use advanced science and technology to improve safety early warning capabilities in traffic safety.
This subject aims to design a traffic safety early warning device. First, the latitude and longitude of the vehicle and pedestrians are measured by the positioning function to determine their location, and then the specific algorithm of the control room is used to determine the vehicles that may have accidents with pedestrians. Vehicles with a higher probability are individually detected by Beidou positioning. When the distance between the vehicle and the pedestrian is lower than the set distance, the warning device will emit an alarm sound. Provide warnings for pedestrians and drivers, or when the vehicle's position is outside the pedestrian's field of view and the vehicle speed is very fast, the early warning device will also issue an early warning to warn pedestrians of safety. Making full use of such safety warning devices Can effectively curb the occurrence of various traffic accidents. The functions of traffic safety warning devices include information collection and safety warning. The main control chip used in this design is AT89C52, the display module uses LCD1602, and the Beidou positioning chip.
