废旧强酸性阳离子交换树脂复苏工艺实验研究毕业论文

摘 要
离子交换树脂已经存在很久,快有70多年了。随着时间的变化,我们对这项技术的要求也变得越来越高了,所使用的地方也越来越多了,尤其是在工业上的应用非常广泛。 铁离子污染是阳树脂污染最常见的污染,树脂被污染后,会出现明显的吸附容量有所下降,应立即修复。本文以废旧阳树脂作为研究对象,其中废旧树脂取自某化工厂热电部化学脱硫装置中阳床,通过一系列试验来探究最有成效的复苏方法。主要研究内容如下:
(1)超声波同样适用于废树脂的复苏过程,可提高复苏率,且到达复苏峰值的时间被大大缩短,不过在此过程中要避免功率过高,否则会使树脂颗粒破碎,再生容量不可逆降低的后果。常规的复苏方法有一定的复苏效果,但在超声波的复苏条件下联用亚硫酸钠复苏法的复苏效果最好,可在90 min使达到最高复苏率92.6%。
(2)在超声波复苏法处理受到铁污染的阳树脂试验研究中,分别考察超声波功率、超声波时长及复苏药剂种类对复苏结果影响的结果上,选定各因素中复苏结果较好的水平区间,通过正交试验优化完成清洗工艺的优化。在这一试验研究中,发现对复苏研究结果影响最为明显的是所选用的复苏剂种类,超声波功率对复苏结果的影响居中,而超声波时长的影响则最小。
(3)最佳的优化工艺为选用60 W的超声波功率,90 min的超声波时长,浓度为4%的亚硫酸钠溶液,在这一条件下的树脂复苏率可高达92.6%。通过反复的试验,更表明这一结论的准确性。

ABSTRACT
Ion exchange resins have a history of more than 70 years in China. With the change of time, our requirements for this technology have become higher and higher, and more and more places have been used, especially in industrial applications. Iron ion pollution is the most common pollution caused by positive resin. After the resin is contaminated, there will be a significant decrease in the adsorption capacity, and it should be repaired immediately. In this paper, the waste cation resin is taken as the research object, among which the waste resin is taken from the cation bed in the chemical desulfurization unit of the thermal power department of a chemical plant, and the most effective recovery method is explored through a series of tests.The main research contents are as follows:
(1)Ultrasound is also suitable for the recovery process of waste resin, which can improve the recovery rate and shorten the time to reach the recovery peak. However, in this process, excessive power should be avoided, otherwise the resin particles will be broken and the regeneration capacity will be irreversibly reduced. Conventional resuscitation methods have a certain resuscitation effect, but the combination of sodium sulfite resuscitation method has the best resuscitation effect under ultrasound recovery conditions, which can achieve the highest recovery rate of 92.6% in 90 minutes.
(2)In the experimental study on the treatment of iron contaminated cation resin by ultrasonic recovery method, the effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic duration and the type of resuscitation agent on the resuscitation results were investigated respectively, and the better level range of the resuscitation results among various factors was selected, and the optimization of the cleaning process was completed by orthogonal test. In this experimental study, it is found that the most obvious effect on the results of resuscitation research is the type of resuscitant selected, the impact of ultrasonic power on the results of resuscitation is in the middle, while the impact of ultrasonic duration is the least.
(3)The optimal process is to select 60 W ultrasonic power, 90 min ultrasonic time and 4% sodium sulfite solution. Under this condition, the resin recovery rate can be as high as 92.6% . Through repeated experiments, the accuracy of this conclusion is shown.
