摘 要

球阀是以球体作为封锁件的主要割断类阀门。本设计是以固定球球阀为设计对象,主要介绍了固定球球阀的基本原理,结构组成与一些它的特点。固定球球阀的设计计算包括很多内容,包括阀门主要通用零件的设计计算和球阀专用零件的计算,这其中又有强度.应力等校核。其中,阀门的密封是设计的关键一环,另外阀杆的设计计算也是一个重点。结合任务书的要求,完成设计计算书与图纸绘制,最终能够了解阀门产品的设计和检验方法。

Abstrac

Ball valve is the main trancated valve with the ball as the closing part. This design takes the fixed ball valve as the design object, mainly introduces the basic principle, structure and some characteristics of the fixed ball valve. The design and calculation of the fixed ball valve includes many contents, including the design and calculation of the main general parts of the valve and the special parts of the ball valve, which also includes the evaluation strength and stress. Among them, the valve seal is a key part of the design, and the design and calculation of the valve stem is also a key point. According to the requirements of the specification, complete the design calculation and drawing, and finally understand the design and inspection methods of valve products
