摘 要

工匠精神指的是坚持自己本心，一丝不苟地对待学习工作与生活，是人们所热爱的、所追求的、所享受的自我提升。这种精神不仅促使我们提高能力，为工作奉献，还提升职业院校人才培养质量和满足“江苏制造2025”的人才需求，具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。因此，当代大学生是传承工匠精神的主要力量，聚焦大学生工匠精神培养是呼应制造强国战略的关键。

本研究从工匠精神、教育政策等概念着手，再利用文献研究法、问卷调查法等方式方法，结合笔者走访江苏地区各职业院校并收集的一手访谈资料，对现今大学生工匠精神培育及政策研究现状进行相应调查研究，分析其主要影响、制约因素，拟深入把握大学生工匠精神培育存在的问题和不足。同时借鉴国内外先进经验，创新大学生工匠精神的培育和发展路径，为政府、高校及学生在提升大学生工匠精神方面提供有意义的借鉴。

The Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit of College Students and Policy Research

—— Taking Jiangsu Vocational Colleges as an Example

Abstract

Craftsmanship refers to insisting on one's own heart and treating study, work and life meticulously. It is the self-improvement that people love, pursue and enjoy.This spirit not only encourages us to improve our abilities and contribute to our work,It has important practical significance and application value to improve the quality of talent training in Vocational Colleges and meet the talent demand of Jiangsu Manufacturing 2025.Therefore, contemporary college students are the main force to inherit the spirit of craftsmen. Focusing on the cultivation of craftsmen spirit of college students is the key to echo the strategy of building a powerful country.

Starting from the concepts of craftsman spirit and education policy, this study uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey, and combines the first-hand interview data collected by the author visiting colleges and universities in Jiangsu area.This paper investigates the current situation of craftsmanship cultivation and Policy Research of Vocational College Students in Jiangsu, analyses the main influence and restriction factors of craftsmanship of contemporary college students, and intends to grasp the problems and shortcomings of craftsmanship cultivation of College students.At the same time, learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, innovate the cultivation and development path of College Students'craftsmanship spirit, and provide meaningful reference for the government, universities and students in improving college students' craftsmanship spirit.

一、绪论

（一）研究背景及意义

1.研究背景

基于市场经济这个宏观视角下，党的领导人发现我国发展的瓶颈后决定降低我国的经济增速转而升级调整产业结构链,这给我国带来了新机遇与新挑战，故而优秀的“工匠精神”品质是现实发展的内在需求，国家高层领导班子也越来越重视“工匠精神”。在2016年，国家总理李克强同志明确提出：大力支持各企业广泛开展个性化、多样性制定，在鼓励生产及培养方案时，“工匠精神”四字被反复强调，工匠精神也开始在我国国内逐渐回归大众视野。而后，一系列的指导文件、会议讲话等都愈发强调“工匠精神”的回归和弘扬，为我国全面打造“中国制造2025”计划作准备。

在人们的日常生活中，“工匠精神”占据着日益重要的地位。所以国家对于“工匠精神”的主要培养对象——当代大学生寄予厚望，具有“工匠精神”的当代大学生可以忘情地投入学习，精益求精地创造打磨出优秀的学习作品，为日后出色的工作能力奠定基础。培养大学生“工匠精神”这一工程，不但是时代的呼唤，而且还是全面推进实施制造强国战略的现实需求，更是实现祖国伟大复兴的不可或缺因素之一。
