摘 要

新城镇化政策实施后，愈来愈多的农民进入到城镇化运动中，他们的生产、生活在城镇化政策的影响下发生改变，被动的离开早起种地晚上回家的农村生活，来到“村改居”社区中居住，户口转成城市户口。这样的转变使习惯于农村生活的农民感觉到非常的不适应，他们的身份虽然改变，但他们在农村生活中形成的一些文化却与城市文化发生冲突。因此应用什么方式让他们在失去土地后，迅速适应新的城市生活与居住环境，是“村改居”社区文化建设工作需要解决的问题。

虽然许多社区已采取许多措施：筹集资金建设与完善社区基础设施，定期组织居民参加社区举办的文化活动，免费为社区居民提供体育活动场所等，但效果都不显著。要想把固化于农民意识的一些文化转成城市文化，便需要使他们形成城市文化归属感。从客观角度分析，文化归属感不但反映其所在地区文明程度的高低，还是该地区文化凝聚力的集中表现。通过向“村改居”的新城市居民传递积极向上的城市文化，为这些人提供能使他们快乐的精神文化，使他们能在城市文化中找到属于自己的天空，以此使“村改居”社区能更好的为新居民服务。

Try to analyze the transformation and innovation of community culture construction in the new era

Abstract

After the implementation of the new urbanization policy, more and more farmers have entered into the urbanization movement. Under the influence of the urbanization policy, their production and life have changed. They passively leave the rural life where they get up early to farm and go home at night, and come to live in the "village-to-residence" community and change their hukou to urban hukou. This change makes the farmers who are used to the rural life feel very uncomfortable. Although their identity has changed, some of the cultures they formed in the rural life have conflicts with the urban culture. Therefore, how to make them adapt to the new urban life and living environment quickly after losing their land is a problem that needs to be solved in the cultural construction of "village resettlement" communities.

Although many communities have taken many measures: raising funds to build and improve community infrastructure, regularly organizing residents to participate in cultural activities held by the community, providing free places for community residents to participate in sports activities, etc., the effect is not significant. In order to transform some of the culture solidified in farmers' consciousness into urban culture, it is necessary to make them form a sense of belonging to urban culture. From an objective perspective, the sense of cultural belonging not only reflects the level of civilization in the region, but also the concentrated expression of the regional cultural cohesion. By delivering positive urban culture to the new urban residents of "village resettlement", and providing them with the spiritual culture that can make them happy, so that they can find their own sky in the urban culture, the "village resettlement" community can better serve the new residents..
