摘 要

随着经济快速发展，城市社区公共文化建设的重要性愈加突出。在这样的背景下，如何发挥基层党建在城市社区公共文化建设中的引领作用成为社会各界关注的热点问题。本文主要以上海市东城社区党建和公共文化建设现状为切入点，分析研究基层党建在城市社区公共文化建设中的引领作用的现状与问题，并提出解决建议。

本文主要分为四个部分：第一部分主要介绍了公共文化、城市社区公共文化、引领作用、基层党建的相关概念和阐述了城市社区公共文化建设重要性的相关理论；第二部分讲述了基层党建在城市社区公共文化建设中的现实价值；第三部分则概述了东城社区党建与公共文化现状，分析了当下东城社区公共文化建设中基层党建存在的问题；第四部分是尝试提出强化基层党建在城市社区公共文化建设中的引领作用的对策建议。

On the Leading Role of Grassroots Party Building in the Construction of Urban Community Public Culture

——Taking a Community in Shanghai as an Example

Abstract

With the rapid development of the economy, the importance of urban community public culture construction has become increasingly prominent. Under such a background, how to give play to the leading role of grassroots party building in the construction of urban community public culture has become a hot issue of concern to all sectors of society. This paper mainly takes the status quo of party building and public culture construction in Dongcheng Community of Shanghai as the starting point, analyzes the current situation and problems of the leading role of grassroots party building in the construction of public culture of urban communities, and proposes solutions.

This paper is divided into four parts: The first part mainly introduces the related concepts of public culture, urban community public culture, leading role and grassroots party building, and the related theories that explain the importance of urban community public culture construction. The second part describes the grassroots party building. The practical value in the construction of public culture in urban communities; the third part outlines the current situation of party building and public culture in Dongcheng community, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of grassroots party organizations in the public culture construction of Dongcheng community; the fourth part is to try to propose strengthening the grassroots party building. Suggestions for the leading role in the construction of urban community public culture.
