摘 要

随着我国老龄化进程加剧，对老龄问题的探究开始越来越受到重视。在终身学习思潮的推动下，老年人对学习的渴望日益增长。南京江宁区作为人口老龄化严重的地方代表，老年教育问题逐渐凸显。如何妥善解决老年人的教育问题，积极应对人口老龄化，既是我国建设新时代学习型社会的必然要求，也是整个社会义不容辞的责任。

本文综合运用文献研究法和案例分析法，在此基础上以南京江宁区老年教育发展状况为导向，提出江宁区老年教育发展不平衡、制度不合理和教育模式单一等问题，综合国外老年教育发展经验，提出解决上述问题的一些建议，包括平衡街道和社区老年教育的发展、统筹城乡发展、完善管理制度和法律制度、丰富教育供给内容和方式，从而更好地矫正老年教育的发展方向，提高发展效率。

The development dilemma and path research of the aged education under the aging background study -- a case study of Jiangning district, Nanjing

Abstract

As the aggravate that the aging process in our country, with more attention paid to the exploration of the aging problem.Driven by the trend of lifelong learning, the elderly have a growing desire for learning.Jiangning district of Nanjing, as a local representative of serious population aging, the problem of education for the elderly has gradually become prominent.How to solve the problem of old age education properly and respond to the aging population actively is not only the inevitable requirement for China to build a learning society in the new era, but also the obligatory responsibility of the whole society.

This paper makes a comprehensive use of literature research and case analysis to analyze the status quo of China's elderly education development in Nanjing Jiangning district oriented, put forward the Jiangning district elderly education unbalanced development, unreasonable system and education mode of a single, comprehensive geriatric education development experience abroad, put forward some Suggestions to solve these problems, including the balance of streets and the development of the community elderly education, urban and rural development as a whole and perfect management system and legal system, rich content and the way education supply, to better correct aged education development direction, improve the development efficiency.
