摘 要
在橡胶模型产品行业中,脱模剂的使用大大提高了生产效率,延长了产品使用寿命,其还具有保持产品光滑,减少误差,降低废品率的优点。硅系脱模剂因其耐热性好,表面张力适中,易成均匀的隔离膜,使用寿命长等优点得到了广泛应用。但脱模剂的使用会导致产品表面附着硅油,需要进行表面清洗才能继续加工。因此,将产生主要成分为硅油的清洗废水。
本文进行了对PP纤维吸附硅油废水实验的结果分析。研究了PP纤维对纯硅油的吸附效果,并通过控制单一变量研究PP纤维在不同的条件下对废水中硅油去除率的影响。由实验结果得出:PP纤维对纯硅油的吸附量可达到20g/g;PP纤维对硅油废水的吸附量随吸附时间增加而增大,最后达到饱和,吸附量为7.42g/g;硅油废水的温度和浓度对于PP纤维的吸附量影响较大,但在35℃和初始浓度10g/L后保持不变;转速增加,吸附量增加,但增加量较小,PP纤维可以重复使用,但多次重复使用后吸附效果会变差。

Study on pp fiber treatment of silicone oil wastewater
Abstract
In the rubber model product industry, the use of release agents greatly increases production efficiency and delays product life. It also has the advantage of keeping the product smooth, reducing errors and reducing scrap rate. Silicon-based release agent has been widely used due to its good heat resistance, moderate surface tension, easy to form a uniform separator, and long service life. However, the use of the release agent will cause the silicone oil to adhere to the surface of the product, which requires surface cleaning to continue processing. Therefore, washing wastewater having a main component of silicone oil will be produced.
This paper analyzes the results of experiments on the adsorption of PP fiber wastewater by PP fiber. The adsorption effect of PP fiber on pure silicone oil was studied, and the effect of PP fiber on the removal rate of silicone oil in wastewater was studied by controlling a single variable. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity of PP fiber to pure silicone oil can reach 20g/g; the adsorption capacity of PP fiber to silicone oil wastewater increases with the increase of adsorption time, and finally reaches saturation, the adsorption amount is 7.42g/g; The temperature and concentration have a great influence on the adsorption capacity of PP fiber, but remain unchanged after 35 °C and initial concentration of 10g/L; the rotation speed increases, the adsorption amount increases, but the increase is small, PP fiber can be reused, but more The adsorption effect will be worse after repeated use.
