苏宁雨花物流小件仓储运营优化研究毕业论文

摘 要

近年来,物流企业业务需求旺盛,电商的发展推动了物流企业的一系列崛起,在现阶段大规模定制的时代下,物流企业需要适应时代的发展,采用多种手段降低成本,提高效率,向顾客提供优质的服务。

本文以南京苏宁物流有限公司小件仓储部拆零商品为研究对象,公司2018年业务同比增长93%,面对市场竞争白热化,公司内部在仓储管理方面存在着精益管理不足、仓位布局、人员流动等一系列问题日益明显,导致仓储成本上升。本文运用4象限法、数量研究法等手段结合库内实际情况,分析在仓储运营过程中存在的问题:拣选动线和人员作业效率过低、包装差异处理流程繁杂、仓位商品布局不合理等,并分析出现该类问题的影响因素,运用ABC分类法、ECRS原则和精益管理,根据上述问题找出合理的优化方案,降低物流仓储运营成本中包装成本约1.2万元,提高人员工作效率10%,减少拣选动线约60%,且对现场环境有所改善。

通过本文,可以指导公司发现自身不足,找出改善方案,在仓储运营过程中能够得到明显的改善和优化,并在未来发货量不断增长的情况下,仍有指导意义。同时本文所探讨的相关问题,其他物流企业或机构也具有一定的参考意义。

Research on Optimization of Storage Operation of

Suning Yuhua Logistics Small Parts

Abstract

In recent years, the business needs of logistics companies are strong, the development of e-commerce has promoted a series of rises in logistics enterprises. In the era of mass customization at this stage, logistics companies need to adapt to the development of the times, using a variety of means to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and provide quality services to customers.

This article takes Nanjing Suning Logistics Co., Ltd. as the research object. The company's business in 2018 increased by 93% year-on-year. Faced with the fierce competition in the market, the company has a series of problems such as insufficient lean management, position layout and personnel turnover in the warehouse management, which leads to an increase in storage costs. This paper uses the four quadrant method, the quantity research method and other means to combine the actual situation of the warehouse, analyze the problems existing in the warehousing operation process: the selection of the moving line and the low efficiency, the complicated processing of the packaging difference, the unreasonable layout of the warehouse goods, etc., and analyze the influencing factors of such problems. Using ABC classification, ECRS principles and lean management, we will find a reasonable optimization plan based on the above problems, aiming at reducing logistics storage operation costs, improving staff efficiency and improving the on-site environment.

Through this article, you can guide the company to find its own deficiencies, find out the improvement plan, and can obviously improve and optimize in the warehousing operation process, and still have guiding significance in the case of future shipments. At the same time, the related issues discussed in this paper, other logistics companies or institutions also have certain reference significance.
