摘 要

本文的设计对象是某市村镇银行总行办公楼（及其副楼），大楼集银行金融业务办理、会议、办公等功能于一体，是一栋综合性高层建筑，所包含的房间功能众多。大楼所需要设计的内容是弱电设计部分，也就是大楼的智能化系统设计。一切设计原则必须严格遵循设计规范和国家标准，尤其是规范中的强制性条文必须在设计中体现出来。

根据大楼的实际情况，本建筑采用集中型火灾报警系统，服务楼设有消防控制室，选择每一楼层划分为一个报警区域，消防联动系统中排烟风机、应急广播、消防泵、电梯、喷淋泵系统等设备需要联动控制。本次工程的语音数据的垂直传输干线选用的是一百欧姆的大对数主干电缆，而计算机网络的数据业务垂直传输干线选用的是光纤，因为光纤的传输速率比普通线缆更快，更稳定。视频监控系统在走廊等通道因该布置枪型摄像机；在办公室等房间应该布置球形摄像机，重要的部位，监控无死角。办公楼的负一层、一层、四层和五层均设置了IC卡一卡通系统和防盗报警系统，且必须与火灾报警控制器联动。将每一楼层划分为一个广播分区。正常广播时可以分区控制，在消防等事故发生时，可以马上切换到全楼进行应急广播。

Intelligent Design of the Head Office Building of a Village Bank

Abstract

The design object of this paper is the office building (and its deputy building) of a village bank. The building integrates the functions of banking and finance, meeting and office. It is a comprehensive high-rise building with many room functions. The content of building design is weak current design. The concrete design consists of fire alarm and fire fighting linkage system, electric fire monitoring system, integrated wiring system, security system, public broadcasting system, energy consumption monitoring and measurement management system, fire fighting equipment power supply monitoring system, etc. All design principles must strictly follow the design norms and national standards, especially the mandatory provisions in the norms must be reflected in the design.

According to the actual situation of the building, the building adopts a centralized fire alarm system. The service building has a fire control room. Each floor is divided into an alarm area. The smoke exhaust fan, emergency broadcasting, fire pump, elevator, spray pump system and other equipment in the fire control linkage system need linkage control. The vertical transmission trunk of voice data in this project is 100 ohms logarithmic trunk cable, while the vertical transmission trunk of data service in computer network is optical fiber, because the transmission rate of optical fiber is faster and more stable than that of ordinary cable. Video surveillance system should be equipped with gun cameras in corridors and other channels; spherical cameras should be arranged in offices and other rooms, and important parts should be monitored without dead angle. IC card system and anti-theft alarm system are installed on the negative first, first, fourth and fifth floors of the office building, and must be linked with the fire alarm controller. Each floor is divided into a broadcast area. Normal broadcasting can be partitioned control, in the event of fire and other accidents, you can immediately switch to the whole building for emergency broadcasting.
