摘 要

目前，我国的经济发展处于一种新常态，从之前一味追求速度的发展模式向更注重发展质量而选择中高速发展的模式转变。这种转变使得我国经济的结构更加合理化，分工更加复杂，经济形式更为高级和先进，经济结构向做优增量并存的经济结构展开深度调整，经济的发展动力也正从传统增长点向新的增长点进行转变。知识产权是创新驱动发展的标志性成果之一，双一流高校作为我国现阶段高质量技术人才的培养中心和聚集地，在积极投身到国家许多科技项目的过程中，充分展现了自身的科技创新能力，完成了非常可观数量的可推广转化的科技成果，拥有了相当数量专利权的自主知识产权。就我国目前情况而言，如何在现有基础上提高双一流高校知识产权的创新能力，对于推进我国经济及科技水平进一步高质量发展具有非常重要的意义。

Research on the Innovation ability of intellectual property in double First-class Colleges and Universities

Abstract

At present, China's economic development is in a new normal, from the previous blindly pursuing the speed of the development model to pay more attention to the quality of development and choose the mode of rapid development. This transformation has made the economic structure of our country more rational, the division of labor more complex, the economic form more advanced and advanced, and the economic structure deeply readjusted to the economic structure, which is characterized by the coexistence of excellence and increment. The economic development motive force is also changing from the traditional growth point to the new growth point. Intellectual property is one of the iconic achievements of innovation-driven development. As the training center and gathering place of high quality technical talents in our country at the present stage, double first-class colleges and universities are actively engaged in many national scientific and technological projects. It has fully demonstrated its own ability of scientific and technological innovation, completed a considerable number of extensible and transformed scientific and technological achievements, and possessed a considerable number of independent intellectual property rights of patent rights. As far as the present situation of our country is concerned, it is of great significance to improve the innovation ability of the intellectual property right of the double first-class universities on the basis of the present situation, which is of great significance for the further development of the economy and the high quality of science and technology in our country.
