摘 要
在网络如此发达的时代,互联网经济快速发展,各个行业、各个层面的消费者数量日益庞大。更多的人愿意通过手机上快捷方便的软件来进行网络购物,也更愿意通过软件来申请售后服务。所以开发一款关于售后服务的安卓软件迫在眉睫,同时也具有很大的实际意义。
在这个售后服务软件中,买家用户可以通过手机在线申请售后服务,并对订单处理的状态进行跟踪,在订单完成后提交评价等。商家用户也可以在服务器端对售后服务订单和人员信息进行管理。
本文主要研究基于Android的《售后服务》的数据库设计与实现,数据库是一个程序不可或缺的一部分,没有数据库的程序就像是一个空壳,甚至根本无法运行。所以这款售后服务应用程序想要快速的处理、传递数据就需要一个最优化的数据库。本项目通过MySQL建立了四张表:用户表、管理员表、服务人员表和订单表,通过这四张表来与移动端、服务器端进行数据交换与存储,保障了信息交换的准确性与及时性。

Database Design and Implementation of "After-sales Service App" based on Android
Abstract
In an era when the Internet is so advanced, the Internet economy has developed rapidly, and the number of consumers in various industries and at all levels is growing. More people are willing to make online purchases through the quick and convenient software on their mobile phones, and they are more willing to apply for after-sales services through software. Therefore, developing an Android software for after-sales service is imminent and has great practical significance.
In this after-sales service software, the buyer user can apply for after-sales service online through the mobile phone, and track the status of the order processing and submit the evaluation after the order is completed. Business users can also manage after-sales service orders and personnel information on the server side.
This article mainly studies the database design and implementation of "after-sales service" based on Android. The database is an indispensable part of a program. A program without a database is like an empty shell, and it can't even run at all. Therefore, this after-sales service application requires an optimized database for fast processing and data transfer. This project has established four tables through MySQL: user table, administrator table, service personnel table and order table. Through these four tables, data exchange and storage are performed between the mobile terminal and the server, which ensures the accuracy of information exchange.
