摘 要

最近这些年，一方面人民幸福指数一直在进步，另一方面工作节奏快，随之而来的问题是高血压的发病率也在渐渐升高，病人群体越来越年轻。[1]。在我国，成年人得高血压的几率是20%。因而可知，高血压的抱病率很是之高。高血压已然成为一种愈来愈常见的心血管疾病。[2]。患者服用常见的降压药虽然能短时间维持血压，但不是长久之计。这些西药降压药对人体仍有很大的伤害。而中医治疗高血压被越来越多的人接受，我们发现南京固医堂研发的具有专利的安脉饮有着独特的疗效，治愈了许多高血压患者，并在停药后还能稳定血压。

目标：经由服用安脉饮加之和常规西药医治组的临床疗效对照，评价安脉饮在医治高血压上的有效性和是否有不良反应。为今后医治高血压的临床供应了新的数据基础。

实验组：服用安脉饮。将水烧开，安脉饮放入适量开水中，泡久一些，逐日三次。

对照组：病人仅仅吃卡托普利片（具体次数和药名按患者原来的习惯调整）。

疗程：10 周。

操作方法：喝安脉饮时期，等到病人休息5min后，逐日8:00,14:00,20:00用统一血压计测量右上臂血压，算取均值，所得到的为这一天的血压。实验时期随时查看病人反映。疗程为70天。对照组操作方法同上.

结果：

1.治疗前后血压疗效对照：实验组降低血压显效的有5例患者（占比为20%），降低血压有用的有13例患者（占比为52%），降低血压无效的有2例患者（占比为8%），安脉饮降低血压总有用率为18例患者（占比为72%）；对照组降低血压显效的有6例患者（占比为24%），降低血压有用的有17例患者（占比为68%），降低血压无效的有2例患者（占比为8%），西药治疗降低血压总有用率为23例患者（占比为92%）。

2.治疗前后血压达标对照：实验组血压达标的患者有17 例（占比为68%），对照组血压达标的患者有20 例（占比为80%）。

结论：

1. 实验组的血压达标率为68%，成果阐明安脉饮可以明显下降高血压病人的收缩压和舒张压。

2．安脉饮在医治过程当中没有呈现不良反应，且经由检测是合格的，表明安脉饮合格无副作用。

3.从试验看使用安脉饮治疗高血压病的患者，在控制了血压的同时，也在一定 程度上减轻了头晕、眩晕、面红目赤、头痛、视物旋转等临床症状，解决了患者在生活上的诸多不便，提高了患者的生活质量

Clinical Observation of Anmai Decoction on Hypertensive Patients

Abstract

In recent years, on the one hand, the happiness index of the people has been improving. On the other hand, the speed of work has been fast. The problem is that the incidence of hypertension is also gradually increasing. The patient group is getting younger. In our country, adults have a 20 % chance of developing high blood pressure. Therefore, it can be seen that the rate of hypertension is very high. Hypertension has become an increasingly common form of cardiovascular disease. Patients taking common antihypertensive drugs can maintain blood pressure for a short period of time, but it is not a long-term plan. We found that the patented Anmai drink developed by Nanjing Gudang has a unique effect, cured many patients with hypertension, and stabilized blood pressure after stopping the drug.

OBJECTIVE: Through the clinical efficacy of anmai plus and conventional Western medicine treatment group to evaluate the efficacy of anmai in the treatment of high blood pressure and whether there were adverse reactions. It provides a new data base for the future clinical treatment of hypertension.

Experimental group: Take an anmai drink. Boil the water, and put Anmai into the appropriate amount of boiling water, soak for a long time, three times a day.

Control group: Patients only take katopili tablets(specific times and drug names are adjusted according to the patient's original habits)

Treatment: ten weeks.

Operation method: During the period of drinking Anmai, wait for the patient to rest for 5 minutes, and measure the blood pressure of the upper right arm with a unified blood pressure meter at 8:00, 14:00, and 20:00 on a daily basis. The mean value is calculated, and the blood pressure for this day is obtained. Check the patient's response at any time during the experiment. The course of treatment is 70 days. Control group operating methods same as above.

Results: 1. Comparison of the efficacy of blood pressure: The experimental group showed 5cases(20 %) remarkable, 13 cases(52 %) effective, 2 cases(8 %) ineffective, The total useful rate of lower blood pressure of Anmai was 18 patients(72 %); There were 6 patients with blood pressure reduction in the control group(24 %), 17 cases(68 %) were valid, 2 cases(8 %) were invalid, and The total useful rate of Western medicine treatment to lower blood pressure was 23 patients(92 %).
2. Control of blood pressure standard before and after treatment:17 cases(68 %) in the test group and 20 cases(80 %) in the control group.

Conclusion: 1. The blood pressure compliance rate in the experimental group was 68 %, and the results indicated that Anmai Decoction can significantly reduce the systolic and diastolic pressure in patients with hypertension.

2. Anmai Decoction did not show adverse reactions during the treatment process, and it was tested and qualified, indicating that Anmai was qualified and had no side effects .

3. From the test, the patients who used Anmai to treat hypertension, while controlling their blood pressure, also reduced to a certain extent the clinical symptoms such as dizziness, dizziness, red eyes, headache, and rotation of visual objects. Solved the inconveniences of the patient's life and improved the quality of life of the patient
