含对甲苯氧基V型二苯乙烯性染料与与葫芦脲的组装及性能研究毕业论文

摘 要
作为当今研究关注度最高、最为热门的化学研究领域之一,超分子化学深受广大化学工作者的研究,葫芦[n]脲(CB[n])是超分子化学常见的主体之一。CB[n]是一种新型笼式化合物,具有将烷基铵离子封装在其空芯中的特殊能力。该结构易于从尿素,乙二醛和甲醛之间的酸性缩合制得。作为取代铵离子的受体,它表明具有高度特异性的分子识别现象,允许对疏水性效应进行定量热力学评估。CB[n]结构特点是其内部是空腔,空腔中含有疏水性的甘脲结构,两端则是有羰基环绕,由于其结构的独特性,CB[n]在分子识别、分子组装等研究应用领域有着无比广阔的前景。
本文研究了多组不同浓度的CB[7]在酸性条件下对含对甲苯氧基V型二苯乙烯型染料的包结,通过核磁以及荧光滴定来分析得到了包结情况和包结比1:1,并进一步计算包结常数,并通过与CB[7]对含有其它不同基团的V型二苯乙烯型染料包结常数的比较,来比较V型二苯乙烯型染料一侧基团空间位阻对另一侧包结的影响。

Study on the Assembling and Characteristics of p-Methylphenoxy V-type Stilbene Dyes ⊂ Cucurbituril
ABSTRACT
As one of the most concerned and popular chemical research fields in today's research, supramolecular chemistry has been deeply studied by the majority of chemical workers. Cucurbit[n]urils(CB[n]) is one of the common subjects in supramolecular chemistry. CB[n] is a novel cage compound with special ability to encapsulate alkyl ammonium ions in its cavity core. The structure is easy to be synthesized from the acid condensate between urea, glyoxal and formaldehyde. As a acceptor of substituted ammonium ions, it shows a highly specific molecular recognition pHenomenon that allows a quantitative thermodynamic evaluation of the hydropHobic effect. The structure of CB[n] is characterized by its internal cavity. The cavity contains hydropHobic glycoluril structure, and both ends are surrounded by carbonyl. Due to its unique structure, CB[n] is used in molecular recognition, molecular assembly, etc. The research field has broad prospects.
In this paper, the effects of different concentrations of CB [7] on the inclusion of p-methylphenoxy-V type stilbene dyes under acidic conditions were studied. The inclusion and inclusion ratios were analyzed by NMR and titration and further calculate the inclusion constants in comparison to the V-type stilbene-type dye with different steric hindrance side groups ,Spatial steric influence on inclusion and inclusion constants were studied.
