紫外滴定甲氧基柱[5]与对硝基苯类化合物的包结常数毕业论文

摘 要
本文综述了柱[5]芳烃和对硝基苯类化合物的结构与性质,介绍了紫外可见光谱法在主客体化学研究中的应用。对硝基苯类化合物作为水中主要的污染物,由于其毒性较强,而且可以溶解于自然界的水体中,极难清除,会造成持续性的水体污染。本文根据柱[5]芳烃具有的柱状空腔结构, 和优良的分子识别性质,对与对硝基苯类化合物的包结性质进行了研究。
本文实验选用了甲氧基柱[5]芳烃作为吸附主体,包结对象选择分子尺寸与对二硝基苯相近的中性对硝基苯衍生物,通过核磁共振和紫外滴定研究甲氧基柱[5]对对硝基苯衍生物的包结行为,研究表明对硝基苯类衍生物与甲氧基柱[5]的包结比为1:1,计算得到的包结常数为Ka=1.3(±0.4)×102 L/mol,且两种方法所得到的结果是一致的。
结合对中性对硝基苯衍生物结构的研究,本课题对比了对硝基苯甲醛、对硝基苯乙酮、对硝基苯乙腈、对硝基氯苯这4种对硝基苯衍生物与甲氧基柱[5]芳烃的包结行为,分别测定了它们的包结常数,其中对硝基苯乙腈与柱[5]芳烃的包结常数明显高于其他三类。

Determination of complex constants between methoxy pillar[5]arene and p-nitrobenzenes byUV titration
Abstract
This article reviews the structure and properties of pillar[5]arene and p-nitrobenzenes, and introduces the application of UV-Vis spectroscopy in the study of host-guest chemistry. As the main pollutants in water, the nitrobenzene compounds have a certain degree of solubility in water. Due to its high toxicity and certain solubility in water, water pollution caused by nitrobenzene compounds will last for a long time and it is extremely difficult to remove. Therefore, according to the columnar cavity structure of the pillar[5]arene and excellent molecular recognition properties, the inclusion properties of p-nitrobenzene compounds were studied.
In this article, the methoxy pillar[5]arene was selected as the main adsorbent. neutral p-nitrobenzene derivatives with a similar molecular size as that of p-dinitrobenzene were chosen as inclusion target. inclusion performance was conducted by NMR and UV titration. inclusion between benzene derivative and methoxyl pillar[5]arene appeared, and the inclusion ratio between the p-nitrophenyl derivative to the methoxyl pillar[5]arene was determined to be 1:1. The calculated inclusion constant was Ka = 1.3 (±0.4) x 102 L/mol, and the results obtained by the two methods are consistent.
Based on the study of neutral p-nitrobenzene derivative structrues, the inclusion behavior between four paranitrobenzene derivatives such as, p-nitrobenzaldehyde, p-nitroacetophenone, p-nitrophenylacetonitrile and p-nitrochlorobenzene and methoxy pillar[5]arene were compared. Acording to their measured inclusion constant, the inclusion constant between p-nitrophenylacetonitrile and pillar[5]arene were significantly higher than those of the other three p-nitrobenzene derivatives.
