摘 要

随着科学技术的高速发展，银行也已进入信息化时代，银行也开始来设计网上银行来为客户提供更便捷的金融业务服务。但是，每个银行拥有不同的业务，但是基础业务都是相同的，因此，我决定开发一个简单的银行基础业务信息系统，来简化银行基础业务的操作，提高工作效率。

本系统主要是基于网页端的银行基础业务信息系统，主要分为三类角色，管理员可以统筹管理银行各个方面的业务，包括利率的设置，职员以及储户的管理，管理员可以删除离职职员的个人信息，也可以冻结一些有过非法操作的储户，也能对储户的所有存取款记录进行查询。业务员主要的工作就是对储户的管理，帮助储户进行存取款操作，同时可以对存取款的记录进行查询管理。储户可以管理自己的个人信息，可以根据银行的利率来计算自己的本息和，也能自己实现转账功能并且查询自己的所有存取款记录。

本系统以MyEclipse为开发平台，使用SSH框架并且结合JSP实现页面已经和后台的数据传输，数据库则是SQL Server2012，并通过使用Navicat Premium来简化数据库表的创建和使用工作。

The Web side banking business management information system

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, the bank also has entered the information age, the bank also began to design the bank on the net to provide customers with more convenient financial business services. However, each bank has different business, but the underlying business is the same, so, I decided to develop a simple basic bank business information systems, to simplify the bank basic operation of the business, improve their work efficiency.

This system is mainly based on web based business information system, the bank is mainly divided into three kinds of roles, the administrator can manage all aspects of bank business, including interest rate Settings, staff and customer management, the administrator can delete the leaving staff personal information, also can freeze some had illegal operation of the depositors, can also to query all the different records of depositors. The main job of the salesman is to manage the depositor, to help the depositor to deposit and withdraw money, and to manage the record of deposit and withdrawal. Savers can manage your personal information, can according to the bank's interest rate to calculate the principal and interest, and also can realize the transfer function and query their own all different records.

MyEclipse as development platform, this system combined with SSH framework and JSP page already and the background of data transmission, database is SQL Server2012, and by using Navicat Premium to simplify the work to create and use of a database table.

第一章 引言

1.1项目背景

随着金融行业和计算机产业的迅速发展，利用计算机技术去实现金融行业相关业务已经是大势所趋。银行业务系统的出现可以让用户在该系统上通过简单的操作完成银行的基本业务，可以大大提高工作效率。

1.1.1银行业务概述

近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们往往更愿意将钱存进银行，这也导致了银行业务人员每天要处理大量的金钱交易，很难满足现如今大量的数据往来处理，为了更好的适应信息时代的高效性和数据的广泛性，利用计算机来实现银行基本业务的系统必将跟随时代的潮流顺应而生。基于这一点，设计了一个简单的银行基础业务信息系统，用来对银行基础业务进行管理，以提高业务员的工作效率，也可以方便储户自己进行一些基础业务操作。
