摘 要

自改革开放以后，各行各业百废待兴，经济上的复苏，在增强我国竞争力的同时，也提高了百姓的整体生活水平。此时此刻，我国的经济转型，带动我国相关产业快速发展，所以，社会上就会出现各种问题和矛盾。近几年来，校园暴力事件层出不穷，对青少年身心健康存在不利影响，也由此，成为国家与各地政府广泛关注的问题。本文查找了详细的资料，并将R学校作为研究对象，充分了解产生校园暴力事件的根本原因，使公民意识到防范校园暴力的重要性，同时提出校园暴力的对策，为校园暴力的决策提供依据。

据相关资料显示，目前我国发生校园暴力事件的概率每年均有所提升，对学生身心健康、教学的正常开展有着诸多不利影响。鉴于此，本文详细的梳理了目前文献上与校园暴力相关的研究综述，并探寻引发暴力事件的成因，对已知的暴力类型进行了细致性的分类，列举发生在R学校校园暴力的案例进行分析，分析给受害者学生带来了什么样子的伤害，分析校园暴力在R学校的发展趋势，针对这些情况提出相应的防控机制。全文采用个案分析的方法,联系实际问题，探讨和研究社会工作如何介入R学校。为了降低发生校园暴力事件的概率，笔者认为，有必要建立一个健全的、行之有效的防控体系，如：做好环境治理工作；加强学生自我防范意识，定期为其普及法律常识，提倡挫折教育，校方尽可能为其营造一个良好、温馨、健康的读书环境，促进他们健康、快乐成长。

- Taking R School as an Example

Abstract

一、导论

（一）选题的背景

2016年，中国教育发展报告中显示，近几年来，我国的校园暴力在各个省市频频发生，并且发生概率比较高。2013-2015年各级法院的最高法律裁定了100起暴力犯罪案件的调查，发现有意伤害犯罪占57％，故意杀人罪占6％，性侵占12%，持凶谋杀、造成人身伤害后果比例更高。近几年，我们可以发现我国的校园暴力事件呈上升的趋势，严重程度非常恶略^[1]。

当今社会，因诸多因素的影响，发生校园暴力事件的概率始终居高不下。如果一所学校爆发校园暴力，都会给学校带来许多的危害。在美国，校园暴力事件时而发生，频次较高。美国纽约最新的报告显示，在2015-2016学年，学校的暴力事件数量猛增近23个百分点，达到至少过去十年内的最高点。日本的调查结果显示，2011年日本中小学校校园暴力总数超过8100人，比2010年增加了18％^[2]。英国校园暴力，几乎每天平均40例。由于英国的一些警方没有公布这些数据，2015-2016年校园暴力事件可能会发生超过10,000次^[3]。台湾校园暴力事件频繁发生，教育署统计数字显示，在2012一年中，发生校园暴力事件上升到百分之82，事件增长之快，令台湾政府担忧。
