摘 要
随着社会变革的展开,社会分化始终在加剧,贫富差距也变得越来越大,从而导致社会问题逐渐增多。与此同时,我国经济增长速度逐渐放缓,社会资源压力不断加大,而社会福利保障制度尚不健全,这就导致政府无法满足社会公众与日俱增的社会需求。我国就是在这种情况下引入“慈善超市”的,它不但可以帮助政府获取新的社会资源,还可以让更多的困难人群享受到社会保障。但随着慈善超市在各大城市接连开业,在其运作的过程中并没有取得原先预期的成绩,反而出现了越来越多的问题,使得我国慈善超市发展举步维艰。
本文参照了前人的研究成果及实践经验。论文首先具体解释了慈善超市的含义及特点,论述了我国慈善超市产生的必然性。其次,通过深入了解全国各个地区慈善超市的分布情况及经营情况,具体分析了目前中国慈善超市的发展状况,从中找出了问题的关键所在,并对问题进行了深入分析。再次,本文还借鉴了西方慈善组织的成功经验,对比分析了其他国家的经营方式与我国的运行模式,重新思考我国慈善超市的发展道路。最后,本文提出了六点针对性建议,希望能对解决我国慈善超市的问题有所帮助,使其尽快走出发展困境。

The study on the development of China charity supermarket
Abstract
With the development of social change, social differentiation has been intensified, the gap between rich and poor has become increasingly large, leading to a gradual increase in social problems. At the same time, China's economic growth rate is slowing down, increasing the pressure on social resources, and the social welfare system is not perfect, which led to the government can not meet the growing needs of the public. China introduced the "Charity Supermarket" in this case, it can not only help the government to obtain new social resources, but also allow more difficult people to enjoy social security. But with the charity supermarkets in successive cities in the opening, in the course of its operation did not achieve the original expected results, but there have been more and more problems, making China's charity supermarket development difficult.
This article refers to the previous research results and practical experience. The paper first explains the meaning and characteristics of the charity supermarket, and discusses the inevitability of the charity supermarket in our country. Secondly, through the deep understanding of the distribution and operation of the charity supermarkets in various regions of the country, the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of China's charity supermarkets, finds out the key of the problems, and analyzes the problems in depth. Thirdly, this paper also draws lessons from the successful experience of western charity organizations, compares and analyzes the operation mode of other countries and the mode of operation of our country, and rethinks the development path of charity supermarket in our country. Finally, this paper puts forward six suggestions, hoping to help solve the problem of charity supermarkets in China, so as soon as possible out of development difficulties.
