点钞机造型设计毕业论文

摘 要

受江苏金陵光电有限公司委托,设计一款集计数和辨伪功能于一身的点钞机,使其具有更加简洁流畅的外形。现代社会经济和科技日新月异,与以往的资金流量已不可同日而语,各企业单位及金融机构现金处理工作日益繁重,点钞机的地位也越来越得到重视。市场上现有的大多数点钞机虽在功能上有所进步但造型单一死板,没有创新之处,不能给使用者带来极致的使用体验。因此,如何使点钞机造型更符合现代化工业生产的要求是当前工业设计师亟待解决的问题。

通过对市场上现有的点钞机进行深入分析和总结,找到设计突破口,对点钞机的外观进行改良设计,提高点钞机的品质,同时将人机工程学与点钞机设计结合起来,改善点钞机单一的外观,为企业设计出有竞争力的点钞机。

点钞机造型设计首先围绕点钞机进行前期的市场调研、技术调研和用户调研,对人机和造型规律进行分析,结合行业规范及国家标准,描绘出产品的设计定位;然后,在产品设计定位的基础上进行方案草图的绘制,并对结构进行优化改良,在交互界面上尽量做到以人为本,时刻考量材料与加工工艺的难度与可行性;最后,对设计的方案成果进行成本预算,计算出产品价格。

摆脱模仿、抄袭、造型单一等问题,进行自主创新是国内点钞机企业良性发展的重要途径。本次设计的创新在于将中国传统文化意象与造型结合起来,既考虑点钞机的内部结构,也考虑点钞机的文化内涵,从而使造型获得突破。

Abstract

It is commissioned by Jiangsu Jinling Photoelectric Co., Ltd. to design a set of counting and identification of the counterfeit function in one of the cash register, so that it has a more simple and smooth shape. With the social progress and economic development, the domestic cash flow is growing. The cash handling of enterprises and financial institutions is becoming increasingly arduous. The counter has become an indispensable device. Now although most of the money counter the function has improved, its shape is a single rigid. It is not innovative and can not give users the ultimate experience of use. Therefore, how to make the cash machine modeling more in line with the requirements of modern industrial production is the problem that the current industrial designers need to solve.

Through depth analysis and summary of the existing cash register on the market, I found a breakthrough in the design. I improved the appearance of the cash dispenser and improved the quality of the cash dispenser. This allows users to use the cash register when the more convenient, simple and fast. At the same time, I also fully consider the ergonomics in the design of the application of the counter. I improved the appearance of the cash unit and designed a competitive cash register for the firm.

The design first around the cash register for market research, technical research, user research, man-machine research, modeling research and industry norms research. This determines the design of the product. Then, I design the product design, structural design, interface design and material and process design based on the product design orientation. Finally, I make a cost estimate for the results of the proposed program and calculate the product price.

Independent innovation is an important way for the healthy development of domestic enterprises. Through independent innovation, enterprises can be in the market in an invincible position. It improves the competitiveness of enterprises and brand image. Enterprises thus get rich economic profits.Enterprises have their own good development space. The competitive order of the market is also maintained.
