摘 要

安全这个词在何时何地都是非常重要的，对于一个企业来说特别是化工企业安全是十分重要的，一个化工企业的安全是它令人们信赖的首要条件^[1]。近年来我国安全事故频发，企业的安全生产面临着诸多的问题与挑战：一是企业点多面广量大、行业复杂、人力有限；二是安全隐患发现不及时，排查治理不到位；三是安监与企业存在信息壁垒，企业动态信息难以实时掌控，缺乏监管针对性。依靠执法人员的经验以及纸笔的传统监管手段已经难以满足现代企业的要求，因此，摆脱安全生产传统的单向监管模式，破解因人力有限、企业数量众多及发现隐患概率低的局限性，构建现代化安全生产监管新模式势在必行。

互联网时代的到来将把企业生产安全监督管理手段由传统转向现代化，让安全管理走向程序化、系统化，能有效提高企业生产安全监管的信息化和智能化水平。本文通过云平台结合网格化管理思想，援引大数据分析方法，对企业安全网格化管理平台进行了相关的研究与搭建。

Research on Production Safety Information Management Platform

ABSTRACT

Safety is the premise of the survival and development of each enterprise. For chemical enterprise， safety is particularly important， it is the foundation of enterprise survival and development. Frequent safety accidents in China in recent years， the enterprise’s safety in production is facing many problems and challenges. First， enterprise has many points， wide areas， complex industry and limited human resurses. Second， enterprise can’t find safety problems in time or reach the designated position .Last， there are information barriers between safety supervision and enterprise. Besides， it’s hard to control dynamic information in real time and supervise is lack of regulation. Rely on law enforcement experience and traditional regulatory means of pen and paper are very difficult to meet the requirements of modern enterprise， therefore， getting rid of the safety production of traditional mode of one-way regulation， cracking the weakness of the limited manpower， large amount of enterprises and low probability of finding hidden danger and constructing a new mode of modern production safety supervision is imperative.

The advent of the era of the Internet will bring enterprise production safety supervision and management from the traditional to modern， make safety management procedural and systematic. It can also effectively improve the level of informatization and intelligentize of enterprise production safety supervision. Based on the thoughts of cloud platform combined with grid management， citing large data analysis methods， this passage has carried on related research and set up the grid management platform for enterprise security.

绪论

研究背景

安全生产这个话题在如今的社会是十分重要的，它对社会和被雇佣者有着重要的保护。是一个企业想要长期发展壮大的前提。只有在安全的前提下才会有更高的发展。目前企业生产安全方面存在许多问题，如企业安全意识薄弱、安全管理状况不良、安全生产设备设施落实情况较差、安全生产教育培训工作进行缓慢、工人对于生产经营中应遵循的国家安全生产相关法律法规不熟悉等等，面对众多安全隐患，生产安全面临巨大的威胁，导致生产安全事故屡屡发生。正是因为如此，对于安全的管理是十分重要的，就像上文中所说的只有在安全的前提下企业才能够谋求更高的发展使人信赖。

“智慧城市”是把新一代信息技术充分运用在城市的各行各业之中的基于知识社会下一代创新的城市信息化高级状态^[2]。智慧城市基于互联网、云计算等新一代信息技术以及大数据、社交网络、Fab Lab、Living Lab、综合集成法等工具和方法的应用，营造有利于创新涌现的生态，实现全面透彻的感知、宽带泛在的互联、智能融合的应用以及以用户创新、开放创新、大众创新、协同创新为特征的可持续创新。^[3]”在我国，智慧城市的理念早已兴起，随着2013年初国内第一批智慧城市试点启动，智慧城市的建设工作逐步走向规模化。2014年3月中共中央、国务院发布《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》，明确“推进智慧城市建设”，第一次将智慧城市纳入国家级战略规划，代表着“智慧城市”建设正式成为国家行为。而企业生产一直是经济社会的主要内容，如果发生事故将会产生非常严重的后果，因此一定要注意企业生产的安全管理。
