摘 要

伴随现代化步伐的迈进，我国六十岁以上人口数量逐年增加，老龄群体愈渐壮大。人口老龄化速度的加快使我们国家面临着很大的发展困境：劳动力的逐渐缺失、消费市场不断萎缩、社会保障等压力也随之增大。21世纪中叶，我国老龄人口数量增涨幅度还将不断扩大，中国即将步入老龄化社会。此外，国民经济水平和消费结构改善，老龄消费群体各种需求不断提升。面对如此庞大的消费群体，现存机构已无法满足他们的基本需求，因此，应尽快完善老龄产业发展所需的条件及各项措施。

老龄产业在中国的起步比西方发达国家较晚，由于缺乏严格的制度条例规范、政策法规的扶持和正确社会观念的引导，同时也受产品供需失衡等因素的影响，使其在发展过程中面临着很大的挑战。本文从宏观指导、社会观念和产业自身供需状况这三个角度出发，分析并深入研究我国的老龄产业在发展过程中遇到的问题，并根据具体问题提出切实可行的解决方法，使老龄产业在我国能够健康永续地发展。本文还通过实际案例分析，进一步佐证本文观点，同时补充解决老龄产业发展问题的相关对策建议，使对老龄产业的研究有更新的进展。

Research on problems and countermeasures in the development of aging industry in China

Abstract

With the pace of modernization, the number of people over the age of 60 has increased year by year in our country, and the aged population is getting stronger.

The acceleration of the aged population causes our country to face great developing difficulties: The gradual disappearance of labor force, the shrinking consumer market and the pressure of social security also increase. In the middle of the 21st century, the increase in the number of aging population in China will continue to expand, China will be stepping into an aging society. In addition, the national economic level and consumption structure improved, and the various needs of the elderly consumer groups continued to rise. Facing the huge needs of consumer groups and products, the existing institutions have been unable to meet their basic needs, should improve the various items and measures of the aging industry as soon as possible.

The development of aging industry in China is more late than the western developed countries due to the lack of strict regulations system、 the policies support and the guidance of correct social concept. It also affected by the imbalance of supply and demand, so that it faces a great challenge in the development process. This paper will analyze the problems of the aging industry in the development process of our country from the macro guidance, social concept and the supply-demand of industry. And find practical solutions according to the specific problems, so that the aging industry can develop healthily in our country. This article also use the actual case analysis to support the view of this article. At the same time,  it supplements the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems .So that the research on aging industry will make great progress.
