摘 要

当今社会，科技的更迭日新月异，各种琳琅满目的科技产品也使人们的生活更加方便。而随着智能手机的出现，手机应用如雨后春笋般涌现，并已深入生活中的各个领域，成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。与此相对应的是，随着生活条件的改善，部分人群不可避免的产生了肥胖问题。据有关专家说明，肥胖能够诱导多种疾病，如糖尿病、高血压等。因此，健康瘦身计划势在必行。而纵观目前的减肥市场，以健身房，减肥药品等实体营销策略为主体，但是手机等移动设备中的减肥产品却是鲜为人知。

本文设计了基于Android系统的《健康瘦身App》，其服务器端则采用目前最为流行的PHP服务器。系统采用主流App的C/S架构和PHP中的流行框架ThinkPHP以及MVC三层设计模式。本产品从用户实际需求出发，不同于以往的减肥产品推销软件，而是利用计算机的存储信息容量大、运算速度快、处理逻辑问题强、功能强大的优势，通过客户端采集到用户身体指标信息，然后将信息传回服务器端保存，实现对用户身体指标的监测，对用户的健康情况做出提醒。服务器端提供了食品库功能，包含各种食物及其含有的热量，用户可从中选取记录每日饮食，以检测热量的摄入。

本产品主要帮助用户监测体重变化，通过饮食记录，运动记录等监测摄入以及消耗的热量，通过分享每日减肥日记来促进用户的自主减肥，并提供了健康监测、瘦身策略推荐以及运动提醒，运动音乐等功能。

According to experts, obesity can induce a variety of diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and so on. Therefore, healthy weight-loss program is imperative. And look at the current weight loss market to the gym, weight loss drugs and other entities marketing strategy as the main body, but mobile phones and other mobile devices in the weight loss products are little known.

This article designed based on the Android system, "Healthy Apparel App", the server side is the most popular PHP server. The system uses the mainstream App C / S architecture and PHP in the popular framework ThinkPHP and MVC three-tier design pattern. This product from the user's actual demand, different from the previous weight loss product marketing software, but the use of computer storage information capacity, computing speed, processing logic problems, powerful advantages, through the client to collect the user's body indicators information , And then return the information back to the server to achieve the monitoring of the user's physical indicators, the user's health situation to remind. The server side provides a food store function, including a variety of food and its containing heat, the user can choose from a daily diet to detect calorie intake.

This product mainly helps users to monitor the weight change, through the diet records, sports records and other monitoring intake and consumption of calories, by sharing the daily weight loss diary to promote the user's own weight loss, and provides a health monitoring, weightline strategy recommendations and sports reminders, Sports music and other functions.

1绪论
