摘 要
本设计为十七层的建筑给排水设计,一二层为商铺,三至十七层为住宅,主要包括给水系统,排水系统,消防系统。给水系统采用分区供水,一层至五层为低区,由市政管网直供,六至十二层为中区,十三至十七层为高区,采用变频调速加压供水设备供水。生活排水采用污、废水分流制,废水直接排放至市政排水管,污水经化粪池处理后排放至指正排水管。屋面雨水排放选外排水排放方式,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井。
根据规范,该建筑为中度危险I级。室内消防流量40L/s,室外30L/s。充实水柱取11m,水龙带长度取20m,消防立管管径为DN100。在顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。
该建筑采用湿式自动喷淋灭火系统,报警阀设于室外地下泵房,各层均设水流指示器、末端试水装置和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。屋顶水箱为18立方米为消防水箱,贮存10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量。自动喷水灭火系统和消火栓系统的初期灭火由水箱供水,后期供水由地下室的消防水泵和自喷泵供水。

Summary of water supply and drainage design of high-rise residential building

According to the specification, the building is a moderate hazard class I. Indoor fire flow 40l / s, outdoor 30l / s. Enrich the water column to take 11m, the hose length shall be 20m, and the pipe diameter of fire control pipe shall be dn. A fire hydrant is set up at the top level, and a button is provided inside each indoor fire hydrant box to start a fire pump remotely.
The building adopts a wet automatic sprinkler system, alarm valve is arranged in the outdoor underground pump house, and water flow indicator, end water test device and signal valve are set in each layer, and the signal is sent to the fire control center for processing. The roof water tank is 18 cubic meters as the fire water tank, and the water consumption of automatic sprinkler system and indoor hydrant system shall be stored for 10 minutes. The initial fire extinguishing system of automatic sprinkler system and fire hydrant system is supplied by water tank, and the later water supply is supplied by the fire pump and self - spraying pump in the basement.
