高层建筑给排水团队毕业设计课题三毕业论文

摘 要

本工程为扬州君临酒店式公寓给排水项目,位于江苏扬州。建筑总高度为37.6m,一层层高5.2m,标准层层高3.6m,地上部分十层,建筑总面积为1227.04m2。地下一层车库层高4.5m,建筑面积为1788.48m2

本建筑给水系统采用竖向分区供水,从市政管网上接两根DN80的引入管,负一层至地上四层为市政管网直供,五至十层采用无负压变频供水设备加压供水。

该建筑为二类高层建筑,采用临时高压消火栓系统。室外消火栓用水量30L/s,室内消火栓用水量20L/s,火灾延续时间2h。消火栓充实水柱高度13m,水龙带长度25m,水枪喷嘴流量5.42L/s,消防立管管径为DN100。在顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。其地下消防水池采用钢筋混凝土结构,置于地下室泵房边,有效容积459.72m3

同时本建筑采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,喷淋系统设计流量27.7L/s。报警阀设于地下室泵房内,各层均设水流指示器、信号阀和末端试水装置,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。选用消防水箱贮存火灾初期10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量,设于屋顶,并设消防增压稳压设备。后期灭火由地下室的消防水泵和喷淋泵供水。

根据江苏省相关规定,12层及其以下的民用建筑,在需要使用热水供应系统时,必须采用太阳能热水系统,故本工程热水制备采用太阳能辅助电加热的直接加热的热水制备方式。热水供应采用上行下给机械循环开式的集中热水供应系统。

建筑室外排水采用污、废水分流制,室内排水采用污废合流制,直接排入市政污水管。排水系统采用带专用通气立管的双立管排水系统。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。建筑屋面排水系统采用内排水系统,选择重力半有压流系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后排入雨水管,再经若干排气井进入埋地横管,排入市政雨水管网。

The Design of Water Supply and Drainage for Hotel Apartments in Yangzhou

Abstract

This project is Yangzhou Junlin hotel apartment water supply and drainage project, located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. The total height of the building is 37.6m, the layer is 5.2m high, the standard layer is 3.6m, the ground part is ten layers, and the total building area is 1227.04m2. The basement of the ground floor is 4.5m high and the building area is 1788.48m2.

The construction of the water supply system using vertical partition water supply, from the municipal pipe network to pick up two DN80 introduction tube, a negative layer to the ground four for the municipal pipe network direct supply, five to ten layers without negative pressure frequency water supply equipment pressurized water supply.

The building is classified to two types of high-rise buildings and it use temporary high-pressure fire hydrant system. Outdoor fire hydrant 30L / s, indoor fire hydrant 20L / s, fire duration 2h. Fire hydrant filled water column height of 13m, hose length of 25m, water gun nozzle flow 5.42L / s, fire pipe diameter DN100. At the top of the test set a fire hydrant, each indoor fire hydrant box are equipped with long-distance start fire pump button. The underground fire pool with reinforced concrete structure, placed in the basement pump side,and the effective volume is 459.72m3.

At the same time the building uses wet automatic sprinkler system, sprinkler system design flow 27.7L / s. The alarm valve is located in the basement pump house, each layer is set up water flow indicator, signal valve and the end of the test water device, the signal are sent to the fire control center for processing. And fire water tank storage fire 10min automatic sprinkler system, indoor fire hydrant system water consumption, located in the roof, and set fire suppression voltage regulator equipment. Late fire extinguishing water from the basement fire pump and spray pump.

According to the relevant provisions of Jiangsu Province, 12-story and below the civil construction and the need to use the hot water supply system must use solar hot water system, so the hot water preparation uses solar assisted electric and direct heating . Hot water supply uses mechanical semi-circulating open centralized hot water supply system.

Construction of outdoor drainage using sewage, waste water diversion system, indoor drainage using sewage waste combined system, directly pour into the municipal sewage pipes. The drainage system uses a double riser drainage system with a dedicated vent riser. The drainage of the basement is discharged into the sump by the gutter, and the drainage tank is discharged to the

inspection well. The roofing system of the roofing system adopts the internal drainage system, selects the gravity and semi-pressure flow system, and the rainwater is collected into the rainwater pipe by the roof rainwater bucket, and then enters the buried pipe through a number of exhaust wells.
