摘 要
:本文重点阐述了位于乌鲁木齐高新区甘泉堡工业园区内工业废水及周边生活污水处理厂的设计计算过程,本设计中主要内容包括污水预处理系统、工艺流程、设备及其参数的设计。由于园区内新材料、煤化工、机械、建材、化工等企业众多,故进水水质差污染严重。根据园区内污水水质特点,进行水质分析,确定该工业园区的污水可采用生化法进行处理。通过对现有主流活性污泥法的比选,本设计采用MBR生物处理技术作为主工艺,采用臭氧催化氧化法深度处理。工程出水水质采用一级A标准。为运行灵活,增加工程可靠性,本设计中增设预处理系统。本文将秉持着环境友好和经济利益最大化原则,进行科学的设计,以提高园区污水处理能力美化园区及周边城市环境为目的将MBR污水处理工艺与实际相结合。关键词:工业园区污水厂设计;预处理工艺;MBR工艺;臭氧的催化氧化
Abstract: This design focuses on the design and calculation process of industrial wastewater and surrounding domestic sewage treatment plant in Ganquan Fort Industrial Park, Urumqi High-tech Zone. The main contents of this design include the design of sewage pretreatment system, process flow, equipment and its parameters. As the park within the new materials, coal chemical industry, machinery, building materials, chemical and other enterprises, so the poor quality of water pollution. According to the characteristics of the sewage quality of the park, water quality analysis, to determine the industrial park sewage can be used to deal with biochemical method. Through the comparison of the existing mainstream activated sludge method, the design uses MBR biological treatment technology as the main process, the use of ozone catalytic oxidation of the depth of treatment. The water quality of the project is Grade A. For the operation of flexible, increase the reliability of the project, the design of additional pretreatment system. This article will uphold the principle of environmental friendliness and economic interests to maximize the scientific design to improve the park sewage treatment capacity of the park and the surrounding urban environment for the purpose of MBR sewage treatment process and the actual combination.
