摘 要

随着我国经济的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，城市机动车保有量持续增长，南京工业大学江浦校区的机动车数量也大幅增加。由于江浦校园规划设计之初，缺少对静态交通系统与校园空间布局、功能分区、交通组织等多方面的统一考虑，校园的静态交通问题逐渐凸显，机动车乱停放现象和停车位紧张的问题日趋明显，给师生的出行带来了很大的安全隐患。

本文以南京工业大学江浦校区行政办公区的静态交通系统为研究对象，为改善校园环境，完善江浦校区静态交通，解决江浦校区静态交通所存在的问题，采取实地调研和资料收集并重的方法对南京工业大学江浦校区停车问题进行分析研究，并对江浦校园静态交通所存在的问题和原因进行分析，针对校园内行政办公区的静态交通进行新的规划与设计。

The planning and design of the static traffic in the Jiangpu campus

(administrative office)

Abstract

With the development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, urban motor vehicle ownership continues to grow.The number of motor vehicles in the Jiangpu campus of Nanjing Tech University has also increased significantly.The planning and design of the Jiangpu campus lack of static traffic system and the campus space layout, the functional partition, traffic organization and other aspects into consideration The static traffic problems of campus highlighted gradually.Motor vehicles disorderly parking phenomenon and the shortage problem has become increasingly obvious,which brought a lot of security risks to teachers and students when they go out.

This paper takes static traffic system of administrative office in the Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing Tech University as the research object,.In order to improve the campus environment,perfect the static traffic of the Jiangpu campus and solve static traffic problem，the paper takes methods which are field research and data collection to analysis the parking problem of the Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing Tech University.It analysises the problems and causes of the Jiangpu Campus and makes the new planning and design of static traffic in the administrative office.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景与意义

1. 城市机动化水平的提高

随着我国经济的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，城市机动车保有量持续增长。近年来，南京的汽车保有量也一直保持着较高的增长率。截止2015年6月底，南京市机动车拥有量达215.15万辆。其中汽车拥有量为187.0万辆，扣除报废等因素，半年南京市净增汽车14.80万辆，增长8.6%，增速较2014年上半年回落了3.5个百分点。数据显示，到去年底南京私家车是148.56万辆，而按照南京常住人口818.78万来计算的话，相当于每5.5个南京人就有一辆私家车。而截止到2013年的数据是，平均每7个南京人就有一辆私家车。

1. 江浦校区内部机动车数量的大幅增加

大学校园机动车数量大幅增加。主要有两个方面的原因，一方面，随着教职工收入水平的增加，私家车数量大幅增加，校园的大学生也使用私家车代步；另一方面，随着南京工业大学的不断发展，校园的逐渐开放化，校园工作人员和外来访问的人员数量也不断增加。随之而来的校园内的机动车乱停放现象和停车位紧张的问题日趋明显，给校园的安全管理和师生的日常生活都带来了很大的影响。
