摘 要

中国和俄罗斯作为世界的两大经济体，两国的双边贸易是世界经贸的重要组成。本文首先陈述中俄双边贸易的发展历史，并简要总结此过程中表现出的特点，总体说来，中俄双边贸易蓬勃发展，特别是双方的优势产业往来频繁；然后分析说明中俄贸易中三个重要组成部分：货物贸易、技术贸易和服务贸易，具体介绍各自的发展现状；最后，通过分析指出中俄双边贸易现存的问题，针对“灰色清关”和贸易壁垒的问题，根据具体情况，给出相应的合理的建议。推动双边经贸向前发展，既需要两国加强交流合作，互相借鉴，制定相关法律法规，也需要两国人民的配合努力，充分发挥市场活力。中俄双方要继续保持良好的发展势头，为世界经济全球化发展贡献力量。

The study on the development of bilateral trade between China and Russia

Abstract

China and Russia are the world's two largest economies, the bilateral trade between them is an important component of the world economy and trade. Firstly, this article states the history of the bilateral trade between China and Russia, and briefly summarizes of the characteristics of the performance in this process.Generally bilateral trade between China and Russia has developed rapidly, especially in the advantage industries. Secondly, it analysis the three important components of bilateral trade between China and Russia—tangible goods trade, technology transactions and trade in services, and specifically describe their development status. Finally, it points out the issues exciting in the bilateral trade, for the "gray customs clearance" and the trade barriers, it gives the appropriate suggestions. To push forward the development of bilateral trade, it doesn’t only require the two countries to strengthen cooperation and learn from each other, but also needs the combined efforts of the two peoples. China and Russia should continue to maintain a good momentum of development, to contribute to the development of the world economic globalization.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

1996年中俄建立战略合作伙伴关系。此后，中俄以独特的地缘优势，在经济、政治、文化、教育、能源等方面建立了深厚的联系。2015年5月，中俄双方发布深化全面战略协作伙伴关系声明，自此中俄双方迎来了有史以来发展的最佳时期。此时此刻，我们更应该理智对待中俄经贸关系，抓住机遇，努力争取最大的发展。我们应该正确认识现阶段的发展状况，珍惜来之不易的机会。此文正是在此基础上，对中俄两国的双边经贸现状进行分析，针对所出现的问题，提出自己的相关建议，对为两国经贸进一步发展说明自己的见解。

1.2 研究意义

20世纪90年代以来，全球经济呈现出一系列变化趋势。经济全球化的步伐逐渐加快，区域经济之间的合作也变得越来越深入，跨国公司在经济发展的过程中也越来越活跃。随着中国参与经济全球化的深入和对外开放程度的加深，单纯的进行传统的商品贸易和吸收外国的直接投资已经不能满足我国经济发展的需求。因此，促进中俄贸易的发展不仅对我国经济的发展有着重要的影响，对于我国日后的对外贸易结构的变化也是一个重要的开端。

1、微观方面。

中俄两国都是世界大国，对于全球经济的发展都扮演着重要的角色，且俄罗斯作为我国的最大邻国，发展两国之间的贸易对于促进两国经济来说都具有重大意义。对于我国来说，中俄双边贸易的展开，对促进我国产业结构的优化升级和经济结构转型有巨大帮助。而对于俄罗斯而言，不仅能促进本国经济的发展，同时也能改善本国的经济结构。
