摘 要

在经济飞速发展和产业结构不断升级的时代背景下，做好科技创新平台的研究对于科技创新的概况的把握有很大帮助，而北京市作为中国区域经济的楷模，研究北京市科技创新平台则显得尤为重要。总体上看，北京市科技创新平台规模大：北京市目前业已拥有的科技创新平台共有三大类近八百余所、资金投入近百亿；水平高：在这些科技创新平台中，国家级的共占有总数量的47%；成效显著：科研项目数量多质量高，科研到款及时，得到了政府的资金支持，人才队伍建设多层次多跨度，拥有完善的智力资源依托系统。区域分布以中心区域向外围辐射和扩散，产业结构多元，并向均衡化发展，组织结构以政府运营管理型为主、企业运营管理型为辅。主要存在创新活力不足的问题，需要政府以及大众从观念到体制机制的转变和革新。

Abstract

在经济飞速增长和财富结构不断升级的时代大环境下，科技创新越来越被放在公司乃至地域发展的关键位置上，而科技创新平台的建设则为科技创新供给了撑持和依托，所以做好科技创新平台的研究工作对于科技创新概况的了解和把握有很大的帮助。而北京市作为中国地域经济的先锋和模范，研究北京市科技创新平台显得尤为重要。创新已成为北京力量的重要内涵，践行创新驱动发展策略，必要引发全民创新观念的变化。北京作为世界经济革新的中心，要把优秀的绩效、队伍和文明播散出去，动员全国各地配合实现创新发展。

1.2 研究意义

在国际经济全球化趋势、世界经济科技增长机遇的大背景下，科技创新已经成为当今世界经济增长的一大主题被摆在国家发展全局的焦点位置。中国在实现经济结构转型升级的过程中，北京作为区域经济的楷模首当其冲地进行了积极的探索和实践，为中国经济的优化创新做出了不容忽视的贡献。通过对北京市科技创新平台发展近况的研讨，我们能够窥见北京经济科技创新的宏观形态和发展远景。时代在发展，研究也应与时俱进，我们应该努力在最新的科技创新背景下，发现新问题并寻求具有现实性的解决办法，使论文具有较强的理论与现实意义。

1.3 研究内容
