Design and application of tie-dyeing craft

Abstract: Tie-dyeing is a traditional printing technique in our country, as an excellent representative of printing and dyeing in the history of our country, till now, it still attracted some people for its unique charm. Reactive dyes were used to dye cotton fabric and different ways to tie were designed to discuss their effect on tie-dyeing in this subject. Six tie-dyeing products with different art style were obtained through our experiments. The research and analysis showed that our tie-dyeing products could be applied to different fabrics apparel, ornaments, household goods and so on.
