摘 要

随着科技的不断发展，移动智能生活越来越得到广大群众的认可，而智能手机已经变得很普遍，其中传统的操作系统包括IOS,塞班，安卓等，其中安卓系统已逐渐占据了国内最大的操作系统市场份额。本系统采用Android作为开发平台，使用Android Studio，SQLite，Eclipse Classic等软件，以Java为开发语言，开发一个服务于广大人民的招聘管理系统。

时代的发展导致庞大的人才市场与求职队伍使国内招聘市场发展迅猛，招聘收入高速增长，而传统的招聘方式为现场招聘，不仅时间与地点受到限制，而且数据方面也很局限。因此，招聘管理系统的设计与开发最主要是为了顺应移动生活，突破时间与空间的限制，使求职者可以更方便的搜索自己想要的信息，可以更方便快捷的找到自己想要的工作。本系统实现了发布简历、发布招聘启事、查看简历、消息推送等功能，极大地方便了用户和企业的求职及招聘。

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology, mobile intelligent life is more and more recognized by the broad masses of the people, and smart phones have become very common, which traditional operating systems including IOS, Symbian and Android and so on, which Android system has gradually occupied the largest market share of the operating system. This system uses Android as the development platform, using Studio Android, SQLite, Classic Eclipse and other software, with Java as the development language, the development of a service in the broad masses of the people of the recruitment management system.

The development of the times lead to huge talent market and job team will make the domestic job market development is swift and violent, recruitment revenue growth, and the traditional method of recruitment for the recruitment of the scene, not only time and place is limited and data is also very limited. Thus, recruitment management system design and development of the main is to adapt to the mobile life and break through the limitation of time and space, so that job seekers can be more convenient search you want information, can be more convenient to find what you want. This system has realized the function of issuing the resume, releasing the recruitment announcement, looking up the resume, sending message, and so on.

1.1 研究的应用前景

在我国互联网的发展过程中，PC互联网已日趋饱和，移动互联网却呈现井喷式发展。前瞻产业研究院发布的《中国移动互联网行业市场前瞻与投资战略规划分析报告前瞻》数据显示，截止2013年底，中国手机网民超过5亿，占比达81%。伴随着移动终端价格的下降及wifi的广泛铺设，移动网民呈现爆发趋势。
