摘 要

南京卫岗乳品厂主要产品为乳酸饮品,一般饮料。其生产主要原料和资源是鲜牛奶、白糖、花生、核桃、电、水、煤等。在乳制品生产过程中,产生刷罐水,洗瓶水等废水,与地面冲洗水、厕所冲洗水及少量的生活污水一并进入厂内排水明渠,通过共同的排放口,向车间外排放。

废水中主要含有大量的可溶性有机物如糖类、脂肪酸、蛋白质、淀粉油脂等,属中低浓度有机废水。该乳制品废水目前排放量为1500m3/d,考虑远期扩建,要求设计污水厂处理能力为2000m3/d,一次性设计、建设到位。

污水进水渠在红框内左下角。污水从原污水渠截留进入新建污水站,进行有效的污水处理,达标后排入上侧或者左侧的河流中,出水要求达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级标准的A标准。

主要工艺流程为:污水从污水渠由污水管引流至格栅间去除较大的悬浮物后,流入调节池。再由提升泵提升至混凝池,进行加药混凝后,流入气浮池,由于本次污水中含有较多的油脂,气浮池主要用来去除油和SS。气浮池出水进入水解酸化池,大幅度提高废水的可生化性,然后进入主体工艺CASS工艺,由于CASS出水只能达到一级B标准,故CASS池之后设BAF进行深度处理,使出水达到一级A标准,消毒排放至河流。
