摘 要

在本次设计中，按照该研发楼的实际要求，设计了火灾报警系统、安全防范系统、综合布线系统、有线电视系统。

火灾消防系统涵盖了该研发楼的火灾自动报警系统设计、消防联动控制系统设计。一楼设置消防控制室。该系统选用集中式报警系统。当火灾发生时，消防联动系统能及时启动各种泵、排烟风机、切换普通电源同时启动应急电源。

安全防范系统设计包括视频监控系统设计、门禁设计。通过同轴电缆连接到一层管理室，进行集中监控。

综合布线选用主干选用8芯多模光纤，工作区选用UTP-6线缆，用于传输的数据信号和语音信号，实现高效工作的目的。

Abstract

When the fire occurs, the fire linkage system can start a variety of pump, smoke exhaust fan, switch the common power supply at the same time to start the emergency power supply.

Design of security guard system, including video surveillance system design, access control design. Through the coaxial cable connected to a layer of management room, centralized monitoring.

Integrated routing selection of 8 core trunk selection of multimode fiber, the working area of the selection of UTP-6 cables for the transmission of data signals and voice signals to achieve the purpose of efficient work.
