摘 要

随着我国的经济发展，社会城市化和人口老龄化进入新的阶段，农村老人放弃熟悉环境的老年生活，进入城市与子女生活并帮助其抚养后代。他们被称为农村随迁老人，又称老漂族。身处陌生的新环境，随迁老人不仅面对脱离生产和自我价值的认可障碍，在顺应城市惯习、重构社会关系、健康的社会参与以及度过丰富精彩的晚年生活等方面也是困难重重。

本文首先综述了农村随迁老人和城市融入的概念，并且通过对调查中识得的随迁老人具体案例的走访，归纳总结出农村随迁老人城市融入的现状和困境。结合社会工作专业知识分析农村随迁老人城市融入不足的各方因素，尝试通过社工介入具体理论和方法探索改善农村随迁老人城市融入的对策和方法。

The Social work intervention for the city integration of rural elderly

Abstract

Along with the economic development of our country, social urbanization and population aging into a new stage.The rural elderly abandoned the old life of the environment, enter the city and live with their children , help them bring up the offspring.They are called rural elderly moving to city following children, also known as old drift group.In a strange new environment, rural elderly not only facing the recognition disorder from the production and the value of self, but also having difficulties with adapting to urban habits, reconstruction of social relation and healthy social participation and through the life of the rich and wonderful aspects.

This paper firstly summarizes the concept of rural elderly and city integration.And through the investigation of the elderly specific case of the rural elderly , summarizes the current situation and predicament of rural elderly.Combining with the knowledge of social work, the factors and influence of the integration of the rural elderly with the shortage of the old city, try through the intervention of social worker specific theories and methods to explore the strategies and methods to improve the rural elderly.

引言

随着我国经济的快速发展，工业化现代化进程加快，大量农村劳动力和接受高等教育的人才涌入城市，他们成为城市建设和发展不可或缺的一部分。这群出身自农村的青年人在城市拥有稳定的工作安家落户后，将农村的父母接到自己身边生活，顺便帮忙照顾他们的孩子，这也成为新一轮的人口流动，学术上尚且没有明确的人群概念，我们把这群特殊的移民称为农村随迁老人，或进城老人，或老漂族，或候鸟式老人。不管被赋予怎样的称谓，他们已然成为城市建设中一个亟需关注的群体。

在五六十这个年纪，离开生活已久的家乡，这对于思想传统的农村老人而言是一次充满冒险的挑战。习惯了左邻右舍和家长里短，城市的封闭式公寓仿佛一场无休止的寂寞。再也没有春种秋收的自给自足，琳琅满目应有尽有的超级市场仍是一场充满神秘感的新鲜探险。融入城市生活，对于农村随迁老人是一场持久战。作为专业社会工作者，如何帮助随迁老人加强自我价值的认同，消除对陌生城市的排斥，重建社区的人际圈子，丰富晚年精神生活，促进城市融入和提高生活质量，是现如今亟需探讨的问题。
