摘 要
本毕业设计为江苏淮安人大招待所设计,地下一层,地上十层,并有一层裙房。一层及裙房高4.4m,其余各层3.6m。二层为独立餐厅和办公用,三层以上为主楼,为客房。大楼建筑美观,设施齐全,布局合理,四周环境优美。南京某投资大厦工程,根据现场的土地使用面积将该楼设计成一对称布置的写字楼,设置三部电梯(一部消防电梯,两部客梯),一层为大厦大厅。首层的标高为4.6米,其余10层的层高均为3.5m。楼层总高度为39.6m。总建筑面积7462.34m2。基本风压值0.40kN/m2,抗震设防烈度7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,Ⅱ类场地,设计地震分组为第一组。
结构方面本设计采用框架-剪力墙结构。剪力墙地下室厚度300mm,其余各层厚200mm。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案;选择合理的结构体系;进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。结构计算包荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计。本场地地震基本烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度为0.10g,设计地震分组为第二组,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。本工程结构计算按纵向框架承重分析。具体内容包括:结构方案和初选截面尺寸;楼板结构设计;结构计算简图及刚度参数计算;荷载计算及结构位移验算;水平荷载作用下的结构内力分析;竖向荷载作用下的结构内力分析;荷载效应及内力组合;截面设计和构造要求;基础设计;结构施工图的绘制;计算机辅助设计。在进行截面抗震设计时,柱按偏压构件计算,保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件强锚固”的设计原则,且满足构造要求。

Abstract

The structure of this design uses the frame shear wall structure. Shear wall basement thickness 300mm, and the remaining thickness of 200mm. Structure design is in the preliminary design of a building based on the determined structure of the program, select a reasonable structure; structural layout, and preliminary estimates to determine the size of structural components, structure calculation. Calculation, deformation, internal force analysis and section design of the structure calculation. The basic seismic intensity of this site is 7 degrees, and the design basic seismic acceleration is 0.10g, and the designed earthquake is grouped into second groups, and the building site is class II.. The structural calculation of this project is analyzed by the load of the longitudinal frame. Specific content includes: the structure scheme and primary cross-section size; floor structure design; structure calculation diagram and stiffness parameters calculation; structural load calculation and displacement calculation; analysis of the internal forces of the structure under the action of horizontal load; analysis of the internal forces of the structure under the action of vertical load; load effect and the internal force combination; cross sectional design and construction requirements; foundation design; the structure construction drawing drawing; computer aided design. In the seismic design of section and column were calculated by a biasing member to ensure ductility of frame to "strong shear weak flexure, strong column and weak beam, strong joint and weak member strong anchoring" design principles, and to meet the construction requirements.

第一章 设计资料
1.1 工程概况
该工程位于江苏淮安,抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度为0.10g,抗震设计分组第二组,建筑物场地类别为Ⅱ类。地下1层,地上10层,建筑高度约36米,建筑面积约11000m2,结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,基础采用承台桩基础。工程平面图见附图。
1.2气象资料
1.2.1基本风压:0.40KN/m2
1.2.2 基本雪压:0.40KN/m2
1.3工程地质资料
1.3.1本工程场地较平坦,根据地质钻探,该场地土质较均匀。
1.3.2地下水位较高,在天然地面下1.0m处,无侵蚀性。
1.3.3场地无液化土层,场地类别为Ⅱ类。
1.4 结构和基础的安全等级
1.4.1建筑结构的安全等级为二级。
1.4.2拟建场地位于6度区,根据《建筑工程抗震设防分类标准》(GB50223-2008),本工程抗震设防类别为标准设防类。
1.4.3地基基础设计等级为乙级。
1.5荷载取值
按《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2012)采用。
第二章 结构布置及初选截面尺寸
该建筑经过对建筑高度,使用要求,材料用量, 抗震要求,造价因素综合考虑后,宜采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。
混凝土等级选用:梁、柱、剪力墙为 C40,板采用与梁整浇。
按照建筑设计确定的轴线尺寸和相应得结构布置原则进行布置,标准层结构布置图如图2-1所示。

2.1 柱截面尺寸
为保证柱的延性,框架柱应符合规范对剪压比(),剪跨比()、轴压比()的限值要求吗,其中轴压比起主要作用,在抗震等级为三级的情况下,框架剪力墙的轴压比限值,即:。所以要满足式:
一层中柱:(取楼层总荷载标准值)
一层边柱:、
考虑到各柱尺寸不宜相差太大以及柱抗侧刚度有一定保证,因此初选柱截面尺寸为:
柱:700mm×700mm
突出屋面房间的柱子截面尺寸采用与相邻下层柱相同尺寸。
以上尺寸也满足规范关于柱截面宽度和高度的最小尺寸,柱剪跨比,截面高宽比等要求。
2.2 梁截面尺寸
2.2.1 横向框架梁
跨度主要有8400mm,7200mm,梁高取h=(1/18-1/10)L,初选700mm;梁宽度b=(1/4-1/2)h,,初选300mm,初选截面为300×700mm。
2.2.2 纵向框架梁
跨度主要有8400mm,7200mm,对纵向框架梁与横向框架梁类似的粗略计算,可取截面300mm700mm。次梁截面尺寸取为200mm×600mm,
2.2.3 板的厚度
板的最小厚度不小于80mm,按双向板跨度的1/50考虑,板厚3600/50=72mm,考虑到保证结构整体性,初选h=120mm,且双向配筋。
