摘 要

物流系统优化最根本的目标就是为企业创造更多的利润，为了达到这一目标，本文从企业的采购、仓储到销售的过程中，对与物流系统相关的因素，进行优化组合，从而实现物流系统优化的目标。

基于孩子王零售连锁店的具体情况，在布局方面，本文先对店面的整体布局作出规划，调整店面内设施之间的位置，从而有效地运用空间，缩短相关性强的设置之间的距离。在仓储方面，本文运用基于ABC分类法和CVA分类法结合改进后的ABC分类法对仓储产品进行分析，优化仓储储位设计，从而更好地对仓库进行管理，优化了存储空间,避免了缺货等问题，从而帮助企业节约成本、减少损失。在采购方面，本文通过对产品进行经，确定不同产品的订购量，从而为企业节省了采购成本，创造更多利润。

Abstract

Logistics system optimization is the most fundamental goal is to create more profits for enterprises, in order to achieve this goal, this article from the enterprise purchase, storage and sales process, the factors related to logistics system, optimize the combination, so as to realize the goal of logistics system optimization.

Based on HZW of retail chain store chain's specific situation, in terms of layout, this article first to the storefront's overall layout plan, adjust the position between the dining room facilities, so as to effectively use the space, shorten the distance of strong correlation between the set of. In terms of storage, this paper based on ABC classification and CVA classification combined with the improved ABC taxonomy analysis of storage products, optimize warehouse store design, to better manage the warehouse, storage space was optimized , to avoid the problems such as out of stock, so as to help enterprises to save costs, reduce the loss. In terms of purchasing, this article through to product, determine the quantity of different products, so as to save purchasing cost for the enterprise, create more profits.

1. 引言

1.1 研究背景

改革开放使得我国的零售业充满生机和活力，同时我国的零售业也被推向风口浪尖。根据WTO协议，我国从今年开始对外资全面开放，这就造成国外的零售企业开始纷纷进入中国市场，从而使得我国零售业压力和挑战激增。家乐福、沃尔玛的到来更加的刺激着中国的零售业的发展，也使得中国的零售业大大缩短了与世界先进国家的差别^[1]。“孩子王”是五星控股集团旗下零售事业，总部位于江苏南京。专业从事孕婴童商品一站式购物及提供全方位增值服务，致力成为中国消费者选购母婴童商品和服务的首选。孩子都是每个家庭的第一位，所以会更加关注产品的质量问题，不仅要求种类繁多，还要求配送及时。孩子的全方位市场的需求瞬息万变，而消费者的需求也趋于多样化、个性化、加之零售行业内的商业竞争日益激烈，众多企业已在全国范围内设立分支机构，形成跨区域多点分布式的经营模式，这一发展趋势就要求零售企业解决库存过大、采购及物流成本过高、反应速度过慢等一系列问题，并根据客户的需求适时调整生进货以满足市场需求^[2]。`
