理投标文件是根据南韵家园具体项目编制的,主要内容有:商务文件,整体管理设想,拟从业人员配备及培养计划,前期物业管理工作计划,入住期管理工作计划,正常运营期管理工作计划,日常管理制度,费用测算。其中重点部分为:人员的配备、日常管理以及费用的测算。
