摘 要

本标书是根据杭州滨江房产集团股份有限公司的城市之星项目前期物业管理招标获取信息,并通过贵公司总经理、办公室、销售部、工程技术人员带领现场勘察,了解了物业概况。我们通过对招标资料的认真了解,根据城市之星的特点,结合本公司专业物业管理的操作理念,以及物业管理服务的延伸服务的理念而编制本物业管理投标文件。本投标文件根据本公司高档楼盘管理的成功经验,从整体设想、管理模式、组织架构、管理制度及社区文化、管理费用收支预算等多方面作出统筹策划,提出本公司的管理目标和承诺指标。本投标书编制的意义在于充分展现公司的综合实力、竞争优势和高水平的管理方式,从而为滨江之星项目提供更优质的服务。

The Property bidding documents of Binjiang City Star

Abstract

This proposal is according to the city of Hangzhou Binjiang Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. Star project preliminary property management bidding to obtain information, and through your company general manager, office, sales department, engineering and technical personnel led the field investigation, the understanding of the property survey. Through a careful understanding of bidding documents, according to the characteristics of the Star City, combined with the professional property management companies operating philosophy, and property management services to extend the service concept and the preparation of the property management bidding documents. The bidding documents according to the successful experience of our high-grade property management, from the aspects of the overall idea, management mode, organization structure, management system and community culture, administrative expenses budget to make overall planning, put forward the company's management objectives and commitments in the index.The significance of the preparation of the tender is to fully show the company's comprehensive strength, competitive advantage and high level of management, so as to provide the star project for Binjiang with better service.
