摘 要

基于JavaEE的医院预约挂号系统是为了满足现代人快节奏的生活方式，减轻医院应对于治疗高峰期的压力，借助计算机网络技术，互联网技术，实现社会各个群体利用互联网进行就诊挂号预约的系统。该系统充分利用了以个人为单位的自由选择性和相对便利快捷的网络信息资源,可以充分协调好时间，使患者和医院双方互利，与此同时，医院的工作效率和工作质量也会得到显著提高。

本次开发中使用B/S架构模式，该模式是由Web Browser和服务器两个模块构成。开发者采用的此架构模式对使用者来讲非常方便，可以说是免安装和免维护的。开发过程中，重点是将系统功能实现的核心部分集中到服务器上。

在浏览器端可以实现的功能包括五大模块，包括了五个用户角色：1.管理员模块；2.用户患者模块；3.收费人员模块；4.药房人员模块；5.检查人员模块。这其中可以在Web端实现注册功能的角色是管理员和用户患者，患者用户在直接注册后便可以使用，而管理员的注册从日常逻辑上考虑，是需要超级管理员审核才能注册成功的。另外，其他三个角色可以实现登录功能，注册的功能经开发者考虑决定由超级管理员进行增删改查的管理。

系统开发采用成熟的集成开发工具MyEclipse 10.7搭建Struts2.x的开发环境，另外，在开发过程中，开发者使用Dreamweaver CS6进行对JSP页面中HTML和JS代码的编写和调试，从而实现大部分界面布局的设计。另外，系统开发中采用MySQL数据库，开发者使用HeidiSQL软件进行数据查看和管理。由于MySQL数据库体积小、速度快等的特性，这给开发提供了强大而完善的数据库支持。

Hospital Outpatient Appointment Registration System

——Based On Java EE

Abstract

In order to meet the modern fast-paced lifestyle and reduce the pressure for hospital treatment,Hospital Outpatient Appointment Registration System(HOARS) is developed with the computer network technology and Internet technology, HOARS can implement various social groups using the Internet for registered doctor appointment.The system takes advantage of personal selectivity, relatively convenient and efficient network of information resources that patients and hospital could fully coordinated time,So that patients and hospitals can mutually benefited,meanwhile,the work efficiency and quality of the hospital will be significantly improved.

The whole system uses the B / S architecture model, the client (Web browser) and two functional modules.This mode can be said to be no client installation, no maintenance.when developing, core parts of the system functions are sucked focus to the server.

In the browser, functions can be achieved include five modules, including five important user roles: 1. Administrator module; 2. User patient module; 3. Pay personnel module; 4. Pharmacy personnel module; 5. Inspectors module.This roles registration functionality may be implemented in Web are administrators and users to the patient,the user can use directly after registration,however,the registration administrator from daily logical consideration is the need for a super administrator review before registration was successful, In addition, three other roles can login function, the function of registration by the developer to consider the decision CRUD managed by the Super Administrator.

System development using sophisticated development tools MyEclipse 10.7 to integrate development environment for building Struts2.x. In addition, in the development process, developers use Dreamweaver CS6 be for JSP pages written in HTML code and debugging, enabling most of the interface layout design. System development using MySQL database, developers use HeidiSQL software for data viewing and management. MySQL database is small, fast and other characteristics, which provides developers with a powerful and comprehensive database support.

绪论

1.1 课题研究背景

现在生活，节奏越来越快，时间的宝贵不言而喻。医院，这个作为人们生活中不可或缺的公共设施，大部分时候却在拖慢节奏，尤其是门诊治疗前的挂号，在高峰期的挂号，缴费等都大大降低双方的时间效率。采取预约挂号能有效地解决前面提到的困难，而搭载有效办法的平台——互联网，让一切变得更加可靠便捷。互联网的优点自不必多说，网上预约挂号门诊系统就是开发者结合多方面考虑决定开发的，医院预约挂号门诊系统必将是医院挂号发展的新趋势。

1.2 课题研究意义

随着社会人口的增加，如何高效便捷地使用医院这一“便民”的公共设施变得尤为严重。但是，享受医院带来用心服务前，挂号却变得越来越不简单。人们往往在挂号处排起长队，亦或是在门诊室外面的等候座位上等待许久，这不是患者想要看到的，自然地，医院方面也不愿意看到这样的场面。

网上预约挂号门诊系统会让这样的不如人意的场景出现得越来越少。
