摘 要

本论文题目为“沭阳县南湖派出所用房工程”工程施工招标文件及招标控制价招标文件的编制。本工程建设地点位于沭阳县南湖街道境内，智慧路南侧，客运南站北侧。本建筑的要求为丙级建筑等级，建筑的耐火等级为二级，建筑类型为框架结构，最高为50年的使用年限，抗震设防烈度为八度，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级，防水层合理使用年限为15年。建筑层数为地下一层，地上四层，建筑总面积为4757.2m2 ，建筑高度为13.2m。

本论文主要内容包括了七个章节， 招标公告、投标人须知、评标办法、合同条款及格式、工程量清单、技术标准和要求、投标文件格式。评标办法、合同专用条款和工程量清单是招标文件的重要组成部分，其中工程量清单主要包括分部分项工

程量清单﹑措施项目清单、其他项目清单、规费和税金项目清单。

本次工程招标采取公开招标方式。根据本工程施工图纸，参照国家现行有关规定、规范，笔者对工程量进行全面而详细的计算，计算出各个部分的工程量，编制出该工程的招标控制价，并对工程量的计算过程也给予了详细的说明。

Abstract

In this paper, entitled "south lake local police station housing project" construction bidding documents and the preparation of tender control price bidding documents.In the construction site is located in shuyang south lake street, wisdom road south, north of passenger station.The architectural requirements for class c level, the construction of the fire resistance rating for the secondary, building types for the frame structure, the use fixed number of year of up to 50 years, seismic fortification intensity for the octave, roofing waterproof rating is class Ⅱ, waterproof layer reasonable use fixed number of year for 15 years.Construction layer for layer underground, four layers, a total construction area of 4757.2 m2, construction height is 13.2 m.
This thesis mainly consists of seven chapters, Tender Notice to Bidders, evaluation methods, contract terms and formats, BOQ, drawings, technical standards and requirements, the tender file format. Evaluation methods, special contract terms and BOQ is an important part of the tender documents, including BOQ main part of the project, including the amount of such lists, the list of measures, other items list, a list of fees and tax items. In the case of collecting a variety of engineering data and standard atlas, according to the construction drawings, reference to the current state regulations, norms, the author of a comprehensive and detailed engineering calculations to calculate the amount of each part of the project, and then according to the software taking fixed, taking charge of the preparation of the tender price control engineering, process engineering and computing also gives a detailed description.
