国际石墨烯产业政策综述毕业论文

摘 要

我国又一优势资源——石墨,全行业陷入危机,如何将资源优势转化为经济优势,如何实现从石墨大市想石墨强市的转变,应该采取何种发展战略推动石墨向前发展,从而为推进国家石墨产业现代化做出自己的贡献,这是摆在我们面前的一个课题。本文回顾中国石墨产业发展历程,分析了石墨产业现状及国内外市场需求。对石墨现状进行总结,并引入 SWOT 战略分析模型进行分析,找出企业自身建设方面存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并利用 SWOT 战略组合法组建 4组战略,根据 SWOT 模型东北方向战略最佳,即应该选择增长型战略,得出石墨有限公司最优发展战略:克服自身劣势、利用外界机会,即转变经济增长方式,由原矿生产到深加工;走绿色矿山之路,逐步解决环境问题。最后,本文通过对一般矿业企业以资源环境换取短期利润的低端发展路径和牺牲暂时的利益谋求长期发展高端发展路径进行分析,认为石墨发展应该选择绿色发展模式,以经济高效、技术领先为目的,做大、做强、做优的石墨业务,引领石墨产业健康持续发展。将石墨建设成为集原矿生产、石墨精深加工、产品研发、物流、贸易于一体的石墨产业集群,延长石墨产业链,提高附加值,彻底重塑郴州石墨产业。

Abstract

Another advantage resources in China, graphite, the industry is in crisis. Graphite co., LTD. Is located in chenzhou city of hunan province, south of hunan province microlite ink reserves accounted for 72% of the national reserves of microcrystal ink, as microcrystalline ink resources leading market, how to turn resource advantage into economic advantage, how to realize the transition from graphite graphite city u want to, should take what kind of development strategy to push forward the south graphite, thus their contribution for promoting the modernization of national graphite industry, this is a topic in front of us. This paper reviewed the development of graphite industry in China, analysis the present situation of graphite industry and market demand at home and abroad. Summarized about the present situation of the south graphite, and introduce the SWOT strategy analysis model were analyzed, and find out their own construction of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and use the SWOT strategic legal form four groups, according to the SWOT model best northeast strategy, namely should choose the growth strategy, it is concluded that the south graphite co., LTD., the optimal development strategy: to overcome their own weaknesses, use of the opportunity, the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the run of mine ore production and deep processing; Walk the road of green mining, and gradually solve the environmental problems. Finally, this article through to the general mining companies with resources and environment in exchange for short-term profits low-end development path and the sacrifice for the interests of the long-term development of high-end development path to carry on the analysis, thought the south graphite development should choose the green development pattern, for the purpose of economic efficiency, leading technology, do big, do strong, chenzhou graphite business, leading the graphite industry healthy and continuous development. Will build the south graphite into a collection of run of mine ore production, graphite deep processing, product research and development, logistics, trade in one of the graphite industry cluster, extend the graphite industry chain, improve value-added, totally reshape chenzhou graphite industry.

第一章 导论

万勇,马廷灿,冯瑞华,黄健,潘懿(2010)研究发现美国国防部高级研究计划署(DARPA)2008年7月发布了碳电子射频应用项目(总资2 200万美元),主要开发超高速和超低能量应用的石墨烯基射频电路,即用石墨烯制造电脑芯片和晶体管。贺俊,吕铁(2012)发现欧盟FP7框架计划2008年1月发布了石墨烯基纳米电子器件项目。该项目为FP7的联合研究项目,主要研究“超越CMOS”(Beyond CMOS)领域的技术。日本学术振兴机构(JST)2007(2008)年就开始了对石墨烯硅材料/器件的技术开发项目的资助,这项研究将能实现电荷传输无时间、超高速、大规模集成的器件技术。
