摘 要
管道水力输送浆体在技术、经济、经营管理上有明显优点,在国民经济中占有重要一环,而高压是保证管道水力长距离输送的重要保障。本文将会对管道水力输送原理、相关问题与理论研究进行简述,并且根据需要对管道水力输送一般流程进行优化改进。
本文以水平输送固体颗粒粒径2mm,水平水平输送距离150m,管道终端余压头为28MPa的高压为条件,设计管道水力输送系统,从理论和经验两方面确定设计参数,选用不同公式进行校核,进而进行选型完成整套设计。在系统中的设备,可以分为选型的和必须设计的。选型的可以查阅相应参考手册或者从生产制造公司查找相应参数,设计的要从工艺、压强、实际需要等确定尺寸。本文将从浆体制备、管道输送、浆体脱水三个方面进行设计计算,进而完成整个系统,希望将来能以此完成一整套实验装置或平台。

Design of high pressure hydraulic transport system
Abstract
There are obvious advantages in the technology, economy, management and management of pipeline hydraulic transport slurry, and it is important in national economy, and high pressure is the important guarantee for long-distance transportation of pipeline water power.. In this paper, the hydraulic transport principle, the related problems and theoretical research are briefly introduced, and the general process of pipeline hydraulic transport is optimized according to the need for pipeline hydraulic transport.
The horizontal conveying solid particles’ diameter is determined as 2mm, horizontal conveying distance is determined as 150m, and pipeline terminals pressure is determined as high pressure 28MPa, to design the hydraulic conveying pipeline system;I will complete the whole desig from two aspects of theory and experience ,to determine design parameters by using different formulas to check.The equipment can be divided into the type of selection and must be designed.One can be selected from the reference manual or the production company to find the corresponding parameters; another can be determined through the size of the process, pressure, and actual needs and so on.Mainly from the slurry preparation, pipeline transport, slurry dehydration three aspects of design and calculation, and then complete the whole system, hoping to complete a set of experimental equipment or platform in the future.
