摘 要

这次我的毕业设计课题为“南京厂房改造设计”建筑设计，旧建筑周围的环境景观设计以及旧建筑的内部空间设计是这次毕业设计的主要设计。以保持原有的建筑文化为主旨，以经济节约为原则，对其作出创意改造。

建筑是城市的历史，记录了城市的文化和历史，人们进行对了过去的回忆，是社会，经济和文化发展的产物。在过去的20年中，随着城市化进程，城市建设和旧城改造和活力，国内的建筑遗迹，由于双方的古建筑和工业建筑的集约化程度不文物，往往会被拆除，迅速从城市生活空间的舞台退出。本文简要介绍了旧工业建筑的特点和再利用的重要意义，分析了旧工业厂房在南京厂房改造的现状，指出在建设再利用过程中的操作点。让改造的设计方式有保证，建设有实用性和安全性是建设的必要前提。

Transformation of the Nanjing plant design

Abstract

This time, my graduation design topic of "Transformation of the Nanjing plant design" architectural design, old buildings around the environment landscape design and construction of interior space design is the main design of the graduation design. To keep the original architectural culture as the theme, with economic savings for the principle, make a creative transformation.

That architecture is a city in the history of the city's culture and history, people in memories of the past, is the social, economic and cultural development of the product. In the past 20 years, with the urbanization process, urban construction and old city reconstruction and vitality, domestic building sites, because the two sides of ancient buildings and the intensive degree of industrial architecture not cultural relics, often can be dismantled, quick exit from the stage of urban living space. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics and the importance of reuse of old industrial building, analyzes the present situation of the old industrial buildings in Nanjing plant transformation, pointed out that in the operating point in the process of construction of reuse. Let the design way of guarantee, practicality and safety construction is the necessary premise of construction.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题背景

1.1.1可持续发展背景下的必然结果

随着当今社会的不断加速发展，城市高楼的不断拔地而起，一些位于城市边缘地带的旧工业厂房，逐渐的被一栋栋不断耸起的高楼所包围。这一栋栋耸起的高楼给企业大发展带来了诸多的不便，人们慢慢的接受不了难闻的废气，接受不了凌乱的生产品，甚至接受不了厂房里机器的运作时的歌唱……厂房的平庸的外观也无疑给发展中的时尚都市带来了不和谐的一面。这仅是厂房改造的外在原因，那么它的内在原因是在与其企业自身经营运转方式存在的一系列的问题而导致工厂走向了它事业的终点。企业的纷纷倒闭，企业家们的纷纷离开，让原本生机勃勃的厂房一瞬间变成了废弃的、闲置的城市发展中的障碍物。人们不愿靠近它，发展中的城市不需要它，就像为人们辛勤劳作的田间的黄牛，有一天老了，人们就不再需要它了，弃之不忍，留之无用。厂房对于城市也是一样，当初为城市带来了不可磨灭的辉煌。城市不忍抛弃它，可是留下又该如何对待？于是就衍生出了废旧工业建筑的该何去何从的问题。很多废旧的工业厂房都位于城市的中心地带。这无疑在给人们在抉择让它去留的问题上又多了一个将它推到的理由。

在现如今这个商品经济占主导地位的时代里，商人们、投资者看不到旧厂房的任何价值。然而它所占的中心地段却让很多商人、投资者蠢蠢欲动。对于城市而言工业时代曾是每个发展中城市不可磨灭的辉煌记忆。它应该被深深的烙在每个城市的心脏上。城市想要发展，却也想要留住曾经的辉煌。废旧的工业厂房就是城市的记忆。失忆的人生是不完整的，人不能失忆，城市同样不能失忆。那么为了给城市留下完整的记忆，旧厂房的改造就有显得势在必行。
