摘 要

伴随着社会和科技的高速发展，同时，人们的生活水平也在飞速发展。在满足了物质需求后，人们越来越重视精神需求，尤其是对信息的获取能力。人们更需要的是及时的具有交互性的信息平台。鉴于现状，人们越来越倾向于网络信息消息系统。新闻管理与发布系统是集高效、安全、方便、易操作等优点于一身的新型媒体传播平台。

本文描述了一个基于JSP的新闻管理与发布系统。用户进入前台系统可以实现新闻信息浏览，修改个人密码和信息，参与投票等功能。管理员登入后台系统后可以实现用户管理，新闻信息管理，查看统计信息等功能。本课题的开发借助于MyEclipse开发工具，采用B/S结构，STRUTS框架作为开发平台，以MySQL作为后台数据库。本文在第一章介绍了课题的背景以及开发的目的意义，还有系统的开发环境。第二章介绍了系统整体规划，在软件功能需求分析后，确定其可行性，并且对系统的设计做出说明。紧接着第三章在系统详细设计中，明确参与者和用例，制定了各个模块的具体功能和主要流程。第四章介绍了系统功能结构设计以及数据库的设计与结构。最后第五章对系统中的各个模块的设计和实现做出详细的介绍，并且介绍了重要的代码。论文最后总结全文并展望未来。

News management and publishing system based on JSP

Abstract

With the rapid development of society and technology, the standard of living is also developing rapidly. To meet the material needs, there is a growing emphasis on spiritual needs, especially the ability to obtain information. People need to get to information interactively. Accoeding to the current situation, people are eager to use network information message system. Press and release management system is a highly efficient, safe, convenient, easy to operate and so on a new media platform.

This paper describes a information management and publishing system base on JSP. Users get into reception system can read news, modify passwords and personal information, to vote and do other functions. The administrators can log in the background system and manage userst, do news management, view statistics and other functions. The development environment is MyEclipse , with B / S structure, STRUTS framework as a development platform ，use MySQL as the database. In this paper, the first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the subject's background and development, as well as system development environment. The second chapter describes the overall system planning, after the software functional requirements analysis to determine the feasibility of the design of the system and make a statement. Then the third chapter in the detailed design of the system, clearly actors and use cases, develop a specific function of each module and the main flow. The fourth chapter describes the functional design and structural design of structural systems and databases. Finally, the fifth chapter describes the design and implementation of each module in the system to make a detailed presentation, and introduced the important code. Finally, the paper concludes the paper and future plans.

1.1课题背景

当今世界科技正处于迅速发展的状态，计算机早已被普遍应用于科研、教育、国防、金融等社会的方方面面,计算机网络技术也得到快速的发展。人们使用网络不但单纯为了阅读网站以及查看电子邮件。由于网络的发达，人们把日常生活中的各种行为都试图依靠网络来完成。而对于新闻单位来讲,通过网络可以更广泛便捷的发布国际国内新闻信息。
