摘 要

新材料产业是21世纪最具有发展前景的产业之一，它对于一个国家产业结构升级，以及增强国家的国际竞争力和提升国家的国际地位都有着重要的作用，所以世界各国非常重视和加大投入力量，来发展新材料产业，在这种国际形势下，中国也是很重视产业的发展。中国新材料产业虽然起步晚，但后劲十足，在发展过程中取得不错的成绩，甚至在有些方面不必世界顶尖的新材料国家要差，或者说更好。中国新材料产业成长喜人的同时，相比世界新材料大国，比如美国，欧洲诸多老牌的工业国家，日本等仍然在很多方面有很大的差距。因为中国的新材料产业起步晚，在技术，政策等方面都有着很多不足，需要针对性对出现的问题提出解决方案。

The Development Status and Existent Issues of China’s New Materials Industry

Abstract

The new material industry is one of the maost promising industry in twenty-first century, it is useful for the upgrading of the industrial structure for a country, it also plays an important role in enhancing the international competitiveness of a country and improving the country’s international status. So nations around the world attach great important to developing the new materials industries. Under current international circumstances, Chinese government also attaches great important to the development of the new material industry. The Chinese new material industry started late, the trend of the new material industry is unavoidable. And China achieved some excellent results. Even in some ways, the Chinese new material industry has performed better than many advanced countries. Although the Chinese new material industry grow up gratifying, there is a big gap between China and other developed countries, such as the US, Janpan, in the some respects of the new material industry. Because the Chinese new material industry started late, there is also some shortcomings in the technology, policy and so on. We need to put forward some corresponding measures for solving these problems.
